Been getting my oil changed here for almost 10 yrs and today somebody stole something out of my car now I have to find a new home I hope it was worth my services

Got my oil changed yesterday at this place and the guy never asked what type oil I wanted. Come to find out they put synthetic blend in my Volkswagen and all I use is full synthetic. I never had any problems out of my car. Today my oil light came on. It stated something about oil pressure and car cut off. So I checked my oil. There is no oil in it. What a shame. I would never go back.glad I used my bank card so that I can dispute this charge. What did I pay for. There is no oil in my vehicle. What a waste.

If you get there early they get you out of there quick. Good service for a good price. Their prices went up a little bit but they still have good prices

I had been taking my car to this place for the last 4 oil changes and I took it on yesterday and the guy at the front got my keys and they took my car to the back… lifted it then decided to tell me they don’t do 2020 Infiniti anymore… well he saw I wrote it on the paper. He should have turned me around at the door, not take my car to the back… Took my car to someone today and he told me the last person that did your oil change DID NOT PUT ALL YOUR BOLTS BACK ON AND YOUR PAN WAS HANGING FROM UNDER THE CAR! So the reason they really didn’t want to touch it is because they messed it up in the first place! Horrible things to do to people that work hard for what they have and a place like that with no integrity should not be working on people’s vehicles! That is a shame and disgrace. I will never go back again! If they had a zero I would gave that.

I'm a long time customer, I took my vehicle's in for oil change's. Started getting more work done, and that's when the trouble began. My car needed a tune up. They told me I needed a engine. I took my car to another shop, it's runs fine now! People stop going there! Ex- customer for life!! The guy at the front desk is Mike , he took over when they changed management! It's been down hill every since!!!

I went In for an oil change today 2/7/2024 . Soon after I left my 2017 Durango GT quit on me . I call them and told them my car just quit and this never happens before . They told me to get it towed back up there and if it’s something they did they will pay for the tow . After getting it towed they checked the oil and never let the tow man drop and told me it wasn’t anything they can do take it to dodge. They didn’t pay the tow man and told me I had to leave after messing my truck up . This people are low down and never tried to see what the problem was they didn’t care or even try to see what went wrong with the oil change. Do not go there I’m looking to sue because I had to pay the tow truck and have to pay somebody to see what they did to my truck . My contact the new as well I can’t believe this happened to me today .The white guy at the front counter is rude and has no customer service he walked on and didn’t want to help me while I was telling him what they did to my car and started talking smart when I told him this never happen before.

Horrible experience. Brought my car in for a diagnostics. The man at the front counter wouldn’t even see my car and told me to take it to the dealership. I explained to him they’re really backed up and I just need to at least know what all is going on with it. He refused to do it and argued that it’s nothing he can do for my car if it’s an issue with the motor (without even checking first). we don’t even know what’s going on. Only thing I told him was that my car was smoking under the hood. He wouldn’t even check it out, just turned me around at the counter. I will never recommend anyone supporting this business!
