Bruce rebuilt the transmission on my 2005 Buick Rainer back in August of 2018 with a 50,000 mile OR 3-year warranty. I use this vehicle mostly for local errands and the transmission has been working great. I decided to take the vehicle on a trip from NC to MD and back with no noticeable issues. But when I returned, the transmission had a slight fluid leak. I was well past the 3 years for the warranty, but only driven less than 15,000 miles of the 50,000 warranty. So because the warranty was based on miles OR years (whichever comes first), I was out of warranty. I called Bruce to see if his warranty conditions were etched in stone, and he told me to bring the vehicle in and he will check it out. Bruce found an issue with a solenoid that the long trip likely brought about or exposed. Bruce not only replaced the bad solenoid, but a second solenoid under warranty at no charge. Bruce had done work on other vehicles I owned too, and I can’t say enough about his outstanding character, integrity, and customer care. I live in Lincoln County and I’ll continue to take my vehicles to Advanced Transmission in Mooresville for all my transmission needs.

I had my vehicle looked at by another transmission shop and they immediately said it needed a replacement or rebuild. I took it to Advanced and they changed the fluid and filter and a gasket and its running great. Very honest folks. Go here first.
