Rob provides great customer service and easy to deal with. I sent Rob some pictures of my dented fender to see if it could be fixed using the paintless dent repair process. Rob was honest and told me that he couldn't repair the dent and said my best / most cost-efficient option would be to buy a color matched fender from a salvage yard. Rob took the time to locate a fender for me that looked brand new at a great price Rob said he could replace the fender for me; however, if I wanted to replace on my own I could save some cash. I opted to attempt to replace it on my own. Rob spent at least 20 minutes walking me through the process and giving me a step-by-step instructional and even told me to give him a call if I ran into any issues. Rob also gave me some advice on how to keep my truck body in great shape. I was able to install the fender myself which saved me cash and my truck looks great again. I highly recommend giving Rob a call with any type of auto body issue; Rob's an honest guy that will give you great service!

Rob did a excellent job of taking a dent out of rear box panel on my Denali pickup. looks like new. He is a awesome guy and a hell of a dent specialist! recommend him to anyone who has a dent they need fixed.

I brought in a very difficult dent above the right rear wheel well on my aluminum bodied 2015 Ford F-150. The inner wall was also bent. Also needed to have the wheel well lip molding replaced. Rob worked very hard and got it back to "perfect" condition without damaging the factory paint. His skill and experience is unbelievable! He kept me informed along the way with the progress by phone and with pictures. Painted the new molding and did brush touch ups too. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, in fact, I'm ecstatic with the results! If you want your vehicle done right, there's abosolutely no where else you should take your vehicle. I strongly and highly recommend Rob to get your vehicle back to where you want it to be. Prompt, friendly, professional, personalized service at its finest! You won't be disappointed. Rob Hanson at Advanced Paintless Dent Repair in Duluth, MN transformed our 2023 Chev 3500 into BRAND NEW again after a glancing deer hit left shallow dents along the passenger side. He was an absolute professional in every regard, from providing an estimate to dealing with our insurance company to explaining his process and its limitations to completing absolutely excellent work. He even gave us a masterclass on how to keep our new truck's black paint looking like a million bucks. We will never use anyone else for paintless dent repair as long as Rob is doing it. He is the BEST.

Rob did a great job on a significant dent on my vintage Porsche. He also took care of some smaller dings/dents that I asked him to address, if he had time that day. He’s skilled, meticulous and conscientious. His pricing is very reasonable. I’m going back to him to fix a few remaining dents/dings before the car is put away for the winter.
