I've had a few diesel vehicles over the years that I've had multiple problems with. Advanced Diesel is the only place I will take my diesels. Will and Brad at the counter are very knowledgeable and honest at explaining the issues and providing options of the right fix or the economical fix to get by until a permanent fix is more convenient. Duston in the shop always does a great job. I trust Advanced with my truck problems and would recommend them to anyone.

We pulled into Wanderlust RV Park in Eureka Springs, Arkansas yesterday in our 40 Ft Diesel Pusher RV, July 25th at around 2:45 PM. We discovered oil seeping out of the left rear axle tire. We weren't allowed in the park because the park uses well water and it is an EPA violation to have oil spillage that could possible contaminate the well water. They parked us near their entrance in a safe spot. We couldn't drive the rig because there was the possibility that once all the oil seeped out the axle rod could be destroyed and the tires could literally fall off. One of the workers at the park started making phone calls to see if we could find someone, anyone who could come and take a look and possibly fix the problem. He was given ADVANCED DIESEL in Harrison by one of his contacts. We called and connected with them. I explained the problem and our predicament. They had a mobile tech out on a job who could come by when he was done and take a look and see if he could fix the problem. They had me send him a pic so he could tell the mobile tech what to be prepared for. Sure enough about an hour later, Riley, the mobile tech was there. He was awesome. He was able to diagnose and replace our axle flange gasket. He did this in 100 degree heat AND after their closing time. As a full-time RVer, it cannot be overstated how amazing it is to have a company respond so quickly and have the tools and equipment to fix your problem on the road. Especially when you don't know the area. THANK YOU RILEY AND ADVANCED DIESEL!!! I can't recommend them enough.

Lost a brake chamber in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of the night. They came out and escorted me to the closest truck stop, then came back the next day to replace the brake chamber. (Had to order it from Springfield) I greatly appreciate the help !

My husband and I traveled through Missouri on our winter break. We had been in the area visiting family. We were pulling a 5th wheel trailer when we had transmission issues. We were referred to Advanced Diesel by my brother who’s neighbor had used them previously. Then we went to Ozark View RV Park and the owner there had also used Advanced Diesel Solutions and recommended them. We felt confident that they could do the job. Because of the supply chain issues, holidays, and Covid, we were told it could take a while to get some of the parts. They replaced our transmission with an Allison transmission from Jasper. It has a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. After they replaced the transmission, they noticed a distinct sound while on test drive. We asked them to rebuilt the rear-end with new spider gear, pinion gear, and all new seals. They described finding metal shavings during repair. So glad we chose to go ahead and fix that. We had an alert from OnStar in regards to our brakes. We asked them to check the brakes which did need to be replaced. When my husband went back to meet with them in regards to repairs, they advised him that we didn’t need any other repairs. They did not try to come up with more issues to repair. Early one morning, my husband was waiting to speak with them when he saw the staff and the owner gather together and say a prayer over the workday. I am so thankful for them setting an example and witnessing. We were blessed to find this company in our time of need. Professional staff were efficient and respectful. Really feel that they did all they could do to make this feasible for us. We feel confident that we made the right decision when we chose Advanced Diesel Solutions. Highly recommend them!

Purchased a transmission from them saying it was built by a company in springfield mo talked to that company they had no records then they found it saying it was fkr a diffrent yr and a 2wd company told me not even close to right value body for my truck

Awesome shop, another shop misdiagnosed the problem, quoted me $1680 to fix. These guys didn’t look at it straight ahead, they came at it at an angle. Needless to say they fixed my problem for $350, because they took the time to diagnose it correctly. Will never take my truck back to the other shop these guys have found a customer for life.
