ACE turned out to be nothing short of excellent. From the moment they contacted me I was impressed by their outstanding customer service and professional approach especially from Yari. Right from the initial phone call, Yari was friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. They guided me through the entire process, ensuring I understood what to expect. I felt genuinely cared for, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. This company went above and beyond with helping me get my stuff out of my Tesla that had no power. Yari googled different ways to approach getting my items out and eventually she was able to help me remove everything I needed. I ‘d highly recommend this company !

Amazing experience with Lauren & James , they were able to get me in the day & fix a little fender bender before my mom even noticed that I hit her car , saved me from a big argument later on in the day lol . Paint turned out a 10. Will add the after photos once I get back to my computer

I wrecked my bike late in the evening on a Sunday out at Lake Mead. They were able to assist me in getting a tow truck out to me within an hour, help the process with my insurance company go super fast and even though my bike ended up being a total loss, I was paid out in about a week so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible! Thank you to Devon and everyone down at ACE for helping me!!

I can’t say enough great things about ACE! From start to finish, they made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I was in a tough spot after my car got crumpled in a T-bone, but their team went above and beyond to help me out. Their customer service is unmatched—everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and understanding. I was a victim of a hit and run. My car needed to be fixed. Devon was amazing. She communicated so well with me about my car and got a rental set up for me took me to pick up my rental after I dropped off my car. She got my car to a body shop that worked with my insurance. My car was done in 12 days. I highly highly recommend them for any body shop work and great customer service. I am so thankful for them. Take you car here and it will be in the best care.

Recommend them 10/10. I was involved in a car accident back in July. I have been having trouble with the insurance company to get my car fixed. It’s been in a different shop for a little more than 3 months now waiting on insurance. Antonio got involved with my case and within a week things are finally moving. Antonio is a very knowledgeable person who is there for his customers and will fight what he needs too to make things right. Puts his customer first and will help with anything needed. Very good at communicating which is a must. I will definitely consider them again if needed in the future and recommend him to others!
