They were amazing. Another shop completely butchered my radiator and these guys got me right. From now on, any car I have will be serviced by them. Great atmosphere and very communicative and good at explaining what's happening with your car. As a single mom, they really helped restore my peace and solve ALL my problems. If I could give them 10000000 stars I would!

This is the best automotive repair shop in the city. Tony is the owner and he is fair and the prices are reasonable. Most of all this is an honest repair shop. UPDATE: Tony Zapolli and Advanced Auto Tech is still the best shop in town! UPDATE 11/5/24 Once again Tony and his crew comes through with a big repair job! Richard took care of my heavy duty diesel truck like it was his own. Good work, fair price, and a fast repair. Thanks again!

I cannot recommend this place enough ! I took my 04 Chevy silverado to them to get a rack an pinion changed. They diagnosed it correctly and turned out it wasn't the issue and they saved me money and fixed my truck faster than any shop I have ever been at! They even recommended a good tow company when my truck became undrivable. I will 100% to go to them when If I ever have car troubles.

Tony was great. He gave me a new battery for my 2016 chevy malibu. But my car was shifting to park 4 weeks after which means the car was slowing down when I drive it. Im not sure whats going on with the car since tony put a new battery in and it was fine when I drove off. So I will be taking it back to tonys to see if their is another problem or maybe the car needs a charge. I hope I dont need to replace a new battery since I paid $400 for the battery I have now that tony placed in.

As a dealer it's imperative to find a good mechanic shop that is reasonable in price and that you can trust and Advanced Auto Tech is that! I have been going to Tony's for a while taking my personal cars and customers cars there and it's always been done in a very timely manner and very fair price; better than going to a dealer. You can trust them with your vehicle!

Excellent customer service! Took my mom's car in because the bottom panel of the car was dragging ( she took it to jiffy lube and looks like they messed up and didn't secure properly) Tony took care of it fast and didn't even charge me. Excellent place that wants to help the customer and set you up for success.

I took my car in for what I was told was a transmission problem. It was in the shop 10 days before anyone even looked at my car. After several conversations, on possible solutions, Tony finally told me he didn't feel comfortable repairing the car, due to the cost/ value of the car. I asked him to look at a smaller issue, the service light was on. It was determined that I had a misfire on a spark plug. In all my disgust, I agreed to the smaller repair. After 17 days and $650 later, my car was returned. Tony told that I could still drive the car w the transmission problem, just be very careful. After driving the car 2 times for less than 10 miles, the service light was back on. I called Tony and informed him the light was back on. He instructed me to get a reading of the code. Turns out the same code for what was supposedly fixed. I determined that I would not invest anymore in the car and to junk it. I asked Tony if he would refund at least half, if not all my money. He rudely told me no and they would repair their work under the guarantee. It makes no sense to repair it again, if the car is not salvageable. If Tony wasn't comfortable doing the transmission work in the first place, then he should not have done the other work either. I contacted AAA to complain that this approved service center, Advanced Auto Tech, has duped me out my money and not willing to show good faith by refunding half my cost since I'm having to invest in another vehicle. That was just money down the drain that fattened their pockets!!! After further discussions, we came to an amirable resolution.

Good customer service but I took my car for ac repair and my car is worst then when I first took it my ac was already cold but I don’t know how but they made my ac hotter , and I went back and they didn’t really help me much just kept saying everything was good but my car was clearly throwing hotter air then when I first took it , they are nice people overall tho I just felt that they could of offered to help me more since I had just left from fixing it and paid almost 100$ they could of re done it and recharge the ac

Great experience! Took off one star because I was waiting for a part that I didn't know I was waiting on so, I was sitting there for hours checking in every now and again. Bonus is they drop you off at home and pick you up to come get your car if needed. Brandon, the auto tech /customer driver is a rockstar! Tony's rates are very reasonable. I would go back there with other repairs. Happy to have been recommended there!
