Never made a review before but felt like I had to for Advanced Auto Repair. I Couldn’t recommend this auto shop enough. Excellent service, very fair prices and even better staff. From the first time coming in I was treated like a long time customer and friend. Each time I leave I am honestly left speechless on how great the crew and boss, Chris is.

Had my truck over at another shop and they said nothing was wrong. Took it to John at Advanced Auto Repair and he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my vehicle in a few hours. The guys there are super nice and very professional. I definitely will be taking my vehicle back to them.

This is the shop to use for all your auto repair needs. They fixed a few things and made my check engine light shut off so I could get my emissions finally done. Thank you to Big Cat down at Advanced.

BEWARE! I called to get a estimate on a fuel filter install. I told the owner who answered that i bought the part. He said its only a 75 min to 1 hour job. He charges Around $145 a hour. Bring it in. I drove over and dropped it off. 2 hours later they called and said it was going to be over $700.00. I told them dont touch it, it is not what you gave me on the phone or in person. Drove home been sitting the garage ever since. My friend said he could fix it, opened the hood and my cover was gone plus the hose was torn and pulled off. I went back to get the cover and ask them to fix the hose. Owner said how can I prove they did it or lost it. He said I think you lost you own cover and ripped your parts inside. i was shocked. I am a woman that is not a mechanic and had never opened the hood the check to see if all my parts were still there. The owner said he didn't care because he sold the business. What a CROOK..

Mike and the crew here really helped me out. I had my truck looked at before my trip out of town. I noticed my truck shaking when I applied my brakes and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. They let me know my brakes were low and my rotors were warped. They replaced them for me and got me on the road again. Definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Advanced Auto Repair. Both Mike and Travis are incredibly competent, knowledgeable, personable and their work is reasonably priced. I went to Advanced Auto repair several weeks ago after going to another auto shop that diagnosed numerous repairs that they said needed to be done immediately on my 2008 Pontiac G6 GT. I wanted to get a second opinion. Upon entering the office, Mike greeted me and made me feel very comfortable about going to his shop. As I observed his interaction with other customers, and listened to him speak to customers on the phone, I realize that this is a mechanic who has exceptional communication skills, and makes everyone feel that they are important and special. He clearly explained to each customer what repairs were done on their automobile and why the work was done. He showed them any parts that had been replaced. After evaluating the work that needed to be done on my car, Mike and Travis assured me that nothing was absolutely immediate. They said that I could do the repairs one at time, and told me which one should be done first and what order I should have the repairs done. I had them do work on my car, fixing the item that they felt was most important to be done first. I will definitely continue to bring my car in for the other repairs. I am so grateful that I found my go-to auto repair shop. Thank you Mike and Travis.

Awesome establishment and professional. The owner and his crew are on point with diagnosing and fixing your car issues. They're the "car doctors" if you will. The prices are reasonable. They will also explain to you the exact prices on parts, labor and supplies. I do a bit of work on my car myself, so I have some experience on the price range of most of the parts for my car. Everything matches up with what they quoted me. Regarding why I took my car in if I work on my car myself; I suspect I need a new timing belt and need the crankshaft/etc to be properly timed. That's not a quick, nor an easy job. So, I'll leave it to the professionals at Advanced Auto Repair. They're always busy. I was referred to them by word of mouth. Both are excellent signs of an awesome shop. If you think something's wrong with your car, or the engine light has come on, don't hesitate to drop by there. They'll treat you right and be honest with you from the start.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price and customer service at Advanced Auto. The repair was done quickly as I had scheduled it in advanced. The cost was explained before and after in detail and was certainly reasonable.
