Been meaning to leave a review for these guys for a while. Both my boyfriend and I have taken our cars here (multiple times). My kia had to be taken in to their shop yesterday, and due to parts coming in a bit later in the day (not their fault!) my kia had to stay for the afternoon today as well. These guys have a driving service and that honestly floored me. Got me to work today early and it was just the kindest thing I’ve ever seen at an autoshop. I believe it was CJ that took me, and he’s a super chill and funny guy. All of them though are incredibly kind and informative. Every time I’ve been in there, they’ve shown me exactly what’s going on in a way I can understand (not a car person myself). They’re reasonably priced, kind, and super efficient. I cannot stress enough that this is my preferred autoshop. They also have fantastic communication with us, and that’s greatly appreciated. (Also, Merrick says hello in case you guys are seeing this!)

I had the worst experience at this chain mechanic shop. They absolutely do not care about their customers and seem focused only on ripping people off. They didn’t fix my car at all, instead they lied about the issue in broad daylight. To make things worse, they took out perfectly working parts from my car and replaced them with their old, non-functional ones, without a shred of shame. It’s an absolute scam operation. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, money, and car.

This team performed beyond expectations. I’ve never before dealt with such an open and honest auto repair establishment. I came in with a very difficult situation that had been made worse by a different shop. Larry walked me through my options and Anthony, a superhero mechanic, went above and beyond to get it fixed right and solve the problem. If you don’t know much about auto mechanics and how to repair a car, like me, then put your trust in Advanced Auto Repair of Denton. They are honest, dependable and did good work for me at a very fair price. From now on they will get all my auto repair business. They should get yours too. Great service once again at a VERY FAIR price. I now use Advanced Auto Repair for regular maintenance of my vehicle. I highly recommend calling them for an appointment. They are busy. I suppose that is because they have so many new and REPEAT CUSTOMERS like me. You can trust these people.

I have a 45 minute commute during the week, and my car broke down on a Wednesday. After calling 9 different auto shops AND the dealership with really REALLY disappointing results… this shop was able to tow my car, diagnose the issue, order the parts, get the parts installed and finish the work in 6 HOURS. I cannot stress how absolutely astonished I was that my car was fixed before my work day was even over. I cannot recommend these boys enough. Kind, helpful, generous, did NOT overcharge me, and were very fluid to my schedule and situation. I fully expected to walk away spending upwards of 2k. I will absolutely be going back for any further work I need done. 10/10 experience. If you are from a small town and are used to the feeling of getting your car fixed there, this is the place for you.

I have been using Advanced Auto Repair for about 6 years. I've never been offered services I don't need and even turned down some service I needed badly. Always quality work and they've only improved so far as I can tell.

I was early and they still took my car right away. Told me a couple of things that needed attention. I agreed to one since I had another appointment soon. They took care of that immediately and I got to my next appointment on time.

Advanced Auto helped ID unrepaired mechanical damage from a collision. They had several techs thoroughly examine my car to look for hidden damage for over 3 hours to provide a list & estimate for repairs as a 3rd party independent mechanic & didn’t even charge me. That’s HONESTY! Then the owner of the business gave me a ride to the shop from home to pick up my car after the repairs, and since he knew I’d recently had 2x knee replacement surgery, he rented a small SUV to transport me because he knew I’d have trouble climbing into his truck. That’s going the extra mile!

I absolutely love Advanced Auto Repair! I have a 20 year old truck that I want to keep driving and I was looking for a place I could trust to help me keep up with maintenance and repairs. Advanced Auto Repair has been fair and honest with me and on top of doing a really great job they are all really nice which is a welcomed bonus! I definitely recommend them!

I had a code come up that said my 3rd cylinder was missing. I had a flyer that I had been saving for Advanced that said they work on European cars. It was Friday afternoon and they said it would be done by the next day. 24hr intake and completion for replacing all six spark plugs and coils. Couldn't ask for a better scenario. These guys are clutch!

Im very grateful for this place. Had an unexpected repair come up, and I just moved to town. They fit me right in and had no problem getting the repair claim processed through car shield. They even offer financing. Thanks to them I didn’t get stranded at Christmas. I would highly recommend them.
