I only take my vehicles to this place. They are professional and informative about what my vehicle needs and most times I have my car back by the end of day. I highly recommend this place.

I took my 2010 f 150 in for a tune up. I had a Misfire. So they changed the plugs never did do a dynostic. The next day I took it back because it was still misfiring. This time they did a dynostic and found 7 different things wrong. So they took everything apart and cleaned it. Never did replace any parts other than the plugs and charged me $540 . My truck is now at a different shop for the same issues. I was ripped off for $540. I will never be back and I will not recommend. I am hoping that I don't have to replace the plugs again because if their ineptness.

This shop took me in right away for 4 new tires and a front end alignment and the discovered I also needed 4 struts and shocks. All of this was completed the same day and they gave me an oil change on top of all of that. I can't believe the difference in my vehicle. It's like new drives straight and is quieter than it was. To the owner of this company give John in the bullhead city location a raise..,...he has great customer service skills. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your professional service. My husband uses his van for work..van leaking oil pretty badly. John said bring it in at 8, he would have it diagnosed by noon and hopefully done by the end of the day! Boy did he deliver! He knew what was wrong by 830! Done by the end of the day and for a great price! Back on the road! Highly recommend!

These guys helped me out on a Friday when we broke down, while on a family trip 24 hours from home. I am so grateful. While I am not around to use them again, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a kind knowledgeable staff.

Broke down on 4th of July holiday weekend. These guys actually came in on there day off and changed out my radiator . Worked great . Being from out of town and in a jamb they could have stuck it to me but the charged a fair price. Guys were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them. Rick Woolsey

I have been taking my vehicle to another location in BHC for the past 2 years. They were overpriced, long waits, and not great results. I was referred to Advance Auto. Thank goodness! Well , I'm sorry I didn't get served for an oil change , because he said he couldn't get to it , until five , but i couldn't drop it off , and he said i had to be there right at opening to get served right away , but it was only an hour or so after they opened, they had an open bay , and three workers , this does not sound to me , like he wanted my business, all i wanted was a quick oil , and filter , nothing else , I'll just do it myself ,i guess ! Also didn't seem to friendly to me when i walked through the door to the desk , to see about getting in for the oil change ? I'm just being brutally honest , but that's the vibe i got .

My air went out and it’s hot (110 degrees ) ! went in at 12noon they got my car in and fixed in 45 minutes! Oh my goodness how amazing they were ! And it was under 200$ to get everything done ! They are fantastic people ! I will definitely go back with all our vehicles ! No to enjoy this ice cold ac !

We were somewhere in the middle of I40 on our way to the Grand Canyon when our truck's fuel pump went out. AAA towed us to Advanced Automotive in Bullhead on Thursday at 4pm (they close at 5pm) John was extremely helpful and understanding of our plans and wanted to help us! By 11am Friday morning, his guys were done fixing the truck and getting us back on the road! We truly appreciate them as it was our daughter's birthday the next day and all she wanted was to see the Grand Canyon ON her birthday! They worked hard and quick to get it done! We 100% recommend their work AND their customer service! Thanks guys!!

Called there and they told me that they were too busy to work on my car. Must be a good problem to have. Update: I spoke with them again and now they tell me that they don't have the skill set to fix my car. Caveat Emptor.

I needed a new heater core, called around and when I spoke with John I got a good feeling -- he asked a few questions to confirm my diagnosis, didn't make me feel dumb, had a very reasonable quote -- got me in quickly and called me back to ask about a few other issues and saved me a ton on labor by fixing what was exposed without having to repeatedly tear into it. You might think, oh, they got him, but no, this was all reasonable stuff I'd been neglecting and the prices were right. I had a weird electrical issue after picking the car up, and this is where John and the team showed they really do stand behind their work, the issue wasn't able to be reproduced and seems to have cleared up, I'm guessing some moisture got into a connection, but I'm almost glad it happened because they dealt with it as professionally as you could hope for. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles into this shop and highly recommended you do as well

"As You Would Expect", I know it seems like a generic review but think about it, how often can you say that your auto repair went as you should be able to expect it to when you trust it to a shop? My guess is, never, give Advanced a shot, these are not the idiots from the Uhaul that were at this location before, I think you'll like it there now.

John and team at Advanced Auto really helped us out in a pinch! Honda van had check engine light come on as we were getting into town after a 4 hour drive from Palm Springs. Figured out the issue and got us back on the road quickly. Very honest and helpful! Really appreciate them and would highly recommend. If I didn’t live in CA, this would be my new shop!

There is tremendous anxiety when you have car problems, times that by ten when you are hundreds of miles away from home and on vacation. They replaced my radiator charged $542.00 I drove my car an hour and blew hole down the seam wide-open , and told me to kick sand . Or pay$ 2800.00 for blown head gasket

One of the best auto repair shops around. I don't really trust many people to work on my vehicles but I know without a doubt if I leave it with one of their locations it will get done correctly and honestly. I know hands down I can send a friend there and they will get treated equally and get an honest quote. Highly recommend.
