I’m only writing this to bring it to the company’s attention to make sure they pay attention to what they are doing. The simple mistake that was made could have caused myself and my 6 year old daughter who I often drive with to have a tragic accident. On Wednesday 1/22/25 I made an appointment to get my wheel aligned. The mechanic who was working on my car let me know that he tried his best to remove the tie rods but they were so rusted in that he wasn’t able to remove them. I thanked him and left to find a place where I could get my tie rods replaced. Today 1/25/25 I was able to find someone to replace the tie rods. Upon evaluating what needs to be done, the mechanic found that the last mechanic (Advance Perfomance Tire and wheels) not only completely striped the tie rods trying to loosen it but left the ball joint nut loose and the Carter pin was missing. I drove my car around 3 days with the possibility of my wheel flying off with one wrong move. Thankfully it was caught before anything bad happened. I just wanted to shed light on this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Go-to spot for aftermarket wheels and tires jobs!! They specialize in aftermarket stuff so they won’t scratch your expensive wheels ! I dropped off my TE37’s to get mounted to tires that I bought myself and within a few hours I came back to pick them up . Owner is super nice and made it super simple and easy to drop off.

I don't recommend this place they have horrible communication I called on Monday to ask if I can have my tires road force balanced and the receptionist said no problem drop the car off on Friday morning I drove 40 min on Friday morning took a day off work and got there first thing in the morning and she tells me sorry we can't take any more cars today I wasted gas and my time to drive here so I can be turned away at the door no communication whatsoever this place is a joke I don't recommend this place there are plenty other tire shops in the area.

This is a great shop I didn't know existed in my neighborhood. Friendly, professional and priced comparably with big named shops. If you're in the area I suggest a walk through of all the styles of wheels displayed for your upgrade

amazing customer service i’m in cali and shopped their ebay page for some lowering links for my car and mike was very helpful always keeping me updated and reaching out to me without me even asking even with everything going on in florida they went above and beyond with the help. thank you mike and team will definitely recommend you guys and will be buying any future part i need from you guys

Called needing two rear tires the same day. Jeanie accomodated me for two rear tires and an alignment. Humberto was in charge of the alignment and did an amazing job. Given my passion for cars, he showed me his process of performing the alignment and explained every detail. With regards to tire changes, Javier and Rodrigo did an excellent job, quick, and efficient. They made sure tires were balanced and let me look at the whole process. This was my first time here and will certainly not be my last. Highly recommend!

Advance recently replaced my tired original struts and shocks with higher-quality materials and at a lower cost than two competitors had quoted. The fact that Mike, Jen, and their team are really nice people was a bonus. Their five star reviews are well deserved - excellent work and excellent customer service!

I am extremely impressed with this company. Mike and his team are total experts, and will make sure they understand your goals completely. I brought my car in for a track/performance alignment after getting poor results from the dealership and other shops I called. Mike understood exactly what I was going for, and is now helping me get set up with a set of dedicated track wheels and tires for my car. He's getting me exactly what I need and saving me a lot of money in the process. They are extremely knowledgeable and obviously take pride in their work. I wouldn't consider anyone else in the Tampa area for wheel/tire/suspension work.

Incredible customer service and fast! I experienced a flat tire the night before on my way home from work and didn’t know where to go to get it fixed quickly. They were so polite and got me in and out of their shop incredibly fast. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future!

Once again Michael and Staff were outstanding. So much detail to care and attention to professionalism! I had custom wheels made for my Plaid and new tires to be put on. When the process started we had a small hiccup with the hub fitment. Michael was adamant about finding a solution that would be as perfect as if there was never a problem to begin with, I of course was anxious to get them on as I’ve waited for almost two months for them. I am so glad I went with Michael’s advice and waited a few more days to have the issue solved and the wheels and tires mounted. They did a fantastic job all around and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you again, I look forward to many more positive experiences at your shop. March 2nd, 2023 Thank you again! I got my Unplugged Performance braided brake lines installed today. My neighbor is an automobile racing team manager, and he told me to go to Advance Performance, as they have done a lot of work for him. A husband and wife team own and operate, so they care about their service and customers. Mike, the owner, knows what he is doing. Tires, wheels, lift kits, suspension, alignments.
