These guys are rip off artists. At least the new managers, Jerry and Chris, are. Ever since they’ve been running the shop they have been overcharging, or over quoting(sometimes I’ve been able to research and find much better, reasonably priced service) for their services. The last straw was when I brought in my vehicle and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and charged me nearly $1100 for repairs that barely lasted 2 weeks. When I took it back, for the exact same trouble I was having before, they said they couldn’t figure it out because they didn’t have access to the proprietary dealer systems/information, and recommended I take it to a dealership. So when the dealer diagnosed what’s actually the problem, Admiral refused to honor the additional repairs under their warranty (like they said they would) or even split the cost with me. These guys are no good. I could never, in good faith, recommend them for any auto repairs.

Wonderful experience. Needed new breaks and had a bad sensor. Got me in within a couple days for estimate and took care of it that day. Efficient and very reasonable.

Jerry and Chris were absolutely fantastic! They treated me with the utmost respect and truly listened to my concerns about my car. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they even followed up after the repairs to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their exceptional service has earned them a loyal customer for life, and I will enthusiastically recommend them to all my friends and family.

Company was very informative in the information that was given for my car I went in for oil change on my daughters car they showed me pics a videos of other issues she had with the car pricing was reasonable I don’t feel like I was being ripped off I would go back here again

The last time I took my car in, the mechanic stayed late to be sure I had my car in the morning for work! These mechanics are kind, helpful with explanations, and HONEST. The cost is also affordable compared to others shops.. I highly recommend them.

After many months of doubting my current (now old) auto care shop, I am glad I took my vehicle into Admiral. The way they communicate is exceptional and really was impressed with the vehicle inspection report and detailed estimates. I thought my old Auto Care shop was looking out for my vehicles, but not the case, as Jerry from Admiral and I discussed the vehicle inspection report they ran. Found out the work my old auto care shop did was questionable to say the least. Jerry made some recommendations as to what needs to be taken care of right away and what can wait a bit. Moving forward ......Admiral Auto Care will be my families go - to auto care facility. This shop is run by Technicians.....not to be compared with mechanics.

I am in the establishment now and I have nothing but good things to say! First of all I came in to have my brake pads and rotors replaced on my Toyota Tacoma. I custom ordered higher quality parts through them and they were able to have them sent in within an hour. On top of the quick parts they are servicing same day while I wait without an appointment and are extremely friendly about it. As far as the waiting room goes it’s an A+ for an auto shop. The last person to complain about the couches must have never been in a waiting room before. They are padded and it’s a private room that’s clean with free coffee and water. What more would you ask for? I would also like to mention that the price I paid is over a hundred dollars cheaper than the 7 other establishments I received quotes from. To top it all off they have staff that are veterans and super friendly.

I had a great experience having repairs done here. They weee very kind, reassuring, and thorough. They answered all of my many questions with no hesitation. They made me feel secure in my decisions by being open and honest. Will undoubtedly return in the future!

JERRY nd Chris are the good ones Chris gives you pictures of your car if the car needs work .they are very professional .However the chairs couch sucks nd very hard and flimsy .ONE THING bad is to me the mechanics are like high school version to me anyhow it seems like they want to make sure your suv car keep coming another day to fixed it .any ways good luck with your so called mechanic. they however found the issue but it seems weird to keep up with the work the next week to fix.

I had major concerns when my car failed suddenly and when you work on the road, it becomes a scary situation and Admiral was the 4th mechanic I pulled into that morning and they did everything to transport me home, with Uber limited of course, followed up afterwards on work completed and if I was satisfied or had additional concerns and gave me a fair price for all work done. The staff was welcoming. If you have issues please consider having future work needed by Admiral, theyll work hard and get it all done in a timely fashion and wont disappoint

I was visiting family last weekend in Cleveland when our car started vibrating and humming out of nowhere. I went to Admiral just before 5PM and they diagnosed a bad wheel hub assembly. They were able to get the parts and fix it. I felt bad because they stayed past their closing time to get it done, so my Fiancé and I could get back home for work the following morning. Highly recommend!

My car had trouble with power drain. The diagnostic technician easily found out that I needed a new alternator. They fixed my problem very quick and it wasn't expensive. I would recommend this place to anyone 🙂.

I brought my car in because my serpentine belt snapped. It was towed in, and I was told that I needed to replace the belt and my back brakes for $1697. After two days of driving, I heard a sound in my car and brought it back for them to tell me that my transmission needed to be replaced for $5000 or more. I am 65 years old and know nothing about cars. They saw me coming. I hope they sleep well.

Jerry is a very good guy, got to the bottom of my problem/problems on my Jeep grand Cherokee overland. 10/10 would recommend to anybody, one of the best mechanic shops around.

Go see Jerry and Chris! They worked with me to get my Saab fixed up and got me booked in asap. Axel, motor mounts, alignment, oil change and alternator! The best part is they offer shuttle services within 5 miles so all my repairs were done while I was at work. Thanks guys

I had new tires , alignment and some other work done on my Lincoln MKX yesterday. I am so pleased with the service and price. The manager, Jerry, was very polite and he assured me I would have my car done in one day! My car looks and drive wonderful. Thanks Admiral!

Manager was very rude and felt challenged because I confronted him about the issues that I originally brought the car in for was not fixed. Refused to fix problem because I didn't buy the parts from him.

I walked into this shop frustrated from the run arounds from previous places. As a woman it is hard being in need of assistance for car related things. Not knowing if you're being taken advantage of. Not knowing if things were diagnosed or done properly. But Jerry and Chris were angels sent from the Automotive Skies lol. So friendly, so patient, so knowledgeable. & their prices were aligned with a typical Firestone type of environment. I was put on the schedule in a timely manner and given a plan of future recommendations to keep my vehicle on track. Grateful to have found this place and safe to say they will have a regular customer in me. Thanks Admiral Auto Care! & I was not asked or paid to make this review. The service here is top notch. I definitely recommend this shop for anyone who's having car issues. Customer service is great, the mechanics are nice and they always give very detailed information about your vehicle to help you understand what's going on. You will not be disappointed.

1st of all I will say the owner Johnny was nice but that was the end of the positive experience. I 1st went to this company in February of 2022 when my clutch went out in my pickup. After their examination they believed the the cylinder in the transmission was the problem, I told them I believed it was the the cylinder where the fluid is added due to using a pump to suck out air and gaining clutch pressure for a limited amount of time. I went with what they thought and $1200 dollars I got the truck back. I drove 3 miles and got on the freeway and 2 exits later came off the ramp with no working clutch. I hit my hazards and pulled next to the curb. Johnny did come and get the truch towed back to the shop. Later more problems arose. My center console was never screwed back down, 4 wheel drive vacuum system was partially removed, and what they never did fix was leaving me a hole in the floor after they removed the transmission. Now for my other car. They replaced the starter and threw away the shields under the vehicle which I then had to purchase new ones and fix it myself. This is a horrible shop to do business with. I have added photo so the damage to my vehicles could be understood. To this day to start my truck I need to almost stand on the clutch to start it. This was never that way before taking it to Admiral. The hole in the floor allowed bugs and water to splash up in to my cab on occasion. The most irritating part was hearing the transmission, the road, and feeling the heat come up from the floor when driving. The part they did not replace is a discontinued part. Not many 4.3L manual transmissions were made, so there is no where to find or replace this part. Admiral suggested using foam to fix the issue. I used high temp silicone. Even with this I can still hear the road. The other photos is what happened to my fender wells in my Honda Element when they did not replace my under body shield. By the time I discovered it was not there, my fenders were shredded. In a photo you can see new parts that I purchased. I did speak to Admiral about being reimbursement. The shop stopped answering my calls and I was sent to voicemail. I cut my losses. I was contacted about editing this review today. I left this review to warn others so they do not need to go thru what I did. I am ok with people and shops making mistakes. The issue is when you don't do right by your customers when that occurs. Both of these vehicles are 21 yrs old, and I do frequent maintenance so I know when work is done badly.
