This is the worst tire shop in Philadelphia,I went there to get my tire patch and the guy damaged my tire causing me to buy a new one, what should have been a $15 dollar repair end up costing me hundreds.

I got a flat tire and went in for repairs. They fixed the tires quickly, but a week later the tire started to deflate and now there's a constant, little by little, air leak.

I was driving for work in a company car around 9:30 PM and drove over something that got lodged in a tire and started making it lose air. Everywhere else was closed, but this place wasn't. I didn't ask the name of the mechanic, but he was fast, knew exactly what he was doing, and had me back on the road with a plugged tire in no time! Cost wasn't bad either, only $32! The only downside is they take cash only, but they do have an ATM inside so it's not too big of an issue.

One of my drivers didn't have a spare. They were on i76 within minutes with the spare. Josh was spot on!

Horrible customer service experience. I called asking to speak to a specific employee here and a guy name Eric who described himself as the manager doesn’t even allow to me to finish speaking before he says “He ain’t coming to the phone” no explanation as to why. And as I continue to try to talk and at-least give a reason for why I asked to speak to that specific employee he continues to cut me off and say the same thing “he ain’t coming to the phone” multiple times. Overall just a horrible experience with this dude, so bad I decided to cancel my appointment. For Eric to be a manager he has a low level of awareness on how he talks to people. That’s how you lose business.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional, he knew exactly what was needed to get my car back on the road safely. Im so thankful for places that dont take advantage because you are a female. He was a great teacher, and very kind. I learned a lot about my car and the tire being repaired.

Update to a previous review . Stopped in for an inspection, first time in a long time . Same great service provided by a great guy ! Stopped in to see my friend Jamile . A solid mechanic and a fantastic guy to deal with . Has always been able to assist with repairs and inspections.

I went here for the first time today, and let me tell you, Jamil will be my mechanic from this day forward. He is honest , straight forward, and genuinely a pleasure to talk too, and truly great person. It's a 50 minute drive from my house, but for an honest mechanic, and shop, I'd drive twice that far. Keep up the outstanding work, you are the best!
