Very thankful for the team at Adams Automotive. I left my car there on Sunday evening and called them Monday morning about what was going on. Donnie was great to work with, very caring and understanding. They took care of what was wrong and also let me know what service was due on my vehicle. Appreciate everthing.

Adam’s Automotive is extremely overpriced. They charged me $3000.00 for replacing a radiator, thermostat, and hoses. When I confronted them about the bill, all’s they did was show me a print out of pricing from other shops, comparing themselves to a car dealership. They are not a dealership. They are a privately owned small business. They are price gouging their customers. You shouldn’t have to take out a loan for this type of car repair. I would never recommend them to anyone. I even spoke to the owner and all she said was well you need your car. No interest in trying to help at all. I will not ever return to them, and I will definitely tell everyone I work with, and deal with to never take their vehicle to them.

Luis helped me tremendously! My battery went out while I was in another city and because I got my original one replaced with Adam’s I was able to get it replaced under warranty at the nearest shop! The customer service is impeccable!

Went for an oil change based on the good reviews, but I was wrong. They wanted $140 plus tax. I asked what kind of oil change that was, and if it included anything else such as fluids top off, but the guy said just a regular synthetic change. I know that inflation is crazy but other places are charging way less than that.

Adams Automotive always makes it feel like a concierge experience. They treat you well, have great service, will shuttle you where you need to go, and don’t try and pull anything by selling you things you don’t need. Coby was professional and kind and explained everything well.

It was horrible. I went in on last Sunday January 26 to bring my car in to be inspect and they actually found a problem with my brake line which they did fix, but they told me that they would have my car fixed by that following Monday the next day and had me waiting all day long with no communication to let me know what was going on with my car because I was needing to go out of town. I had to keep calling when they were promising that they would give me a call back. Even as I was sitting up there that Sunday when I was dropping my car off every customer that came in picking up their cars. It was like oh we’re going to or should I say dropping off their cars we’re going to wash your car we’re gonna take care of your car and whatever and they said none of this to me. It’s a white on establishment and I am a black person and they treated me like trash I will never ever ever ever ever go back to this place again even when I went to pick up my car I was very upset because they had basically messed up my day. Did not even offer an apology or anything nothing could compensate my time so again at the end of the day, I will never go back to this place again. But I guess had I been white? I would have gotten a lot better treatment so go at your own risk if you do.

Love their personal service! The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. They treat everyone like a VIP. They explain what needs to be fixed and help you with resolving the best route to accomplish the end result. The owners are often on site and make the environment so welcoming!

Have been to Adams a couple of times now, this first time they scalped me out of 1500$ basically to beat around the bush and fix one spark plug which I didn’t even need to fix at the time and $500 of the cost was a diagnosis that I didn’t even notice agree to purchasing. However I visited joe and ly at Auto Check park row down the street, and they fixed my problem within the hour and provided a free diagnosis as well! Would highly recommend them over Adams any day of the week.

"I can't recommend Adam’s Automotive Service enough! The staff was friendly and Colby was incredibly honest and transparent about my car repairs, explaining everything clearly, sending videos and keeping me informed without any pressure. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very fair along with the 3 year warranty on the work that was done. I asked for an oil change and was told I had a FutureIssue that needed to be repaired. I told them that I would get a quote from another repair shop, but the car had been disassembled to the point where it could no longer be moved, so I had no choice but to ask them to do it. I was then told that the car would be repaired in a week, but the car was not returned for over a month. Furthermore, the battery was still the same old one, even though I was charged for the replacement cost. It appeared that the engine had been disassembled to investigate a FutureIssue, but they failed to reassemble it and the engine stopped running properly, and they blamed other parts for the problem and tried to charge me additional fees.

Today was a very hectic day, and Adam’s Automotive helped to make it way less hectic, but not in a way you might have thought. I was taking the bus to a job interview. Along the way I got into a conversation with a kind gentleman. When we reached the NW Transit Center, we noticed we were getting on the same bus again, so our conversation continued. I missed my stop because of the conversation, but he told me he was getting his car repaired at Adams and if it was ready he would drive me back to where I was headed. His car was not ready, but he asked the amazing staff at Adams if they could quickly take me over to my interview as a courtesy ride. They quickly stepped up and offered to take me, a non customer. That says a lot about the type of service that they provide, and if I am ever in need of car care I will go out of my way to make sure to take my business here. I can’t say enough about the quality of service I experienced here.

Excellent service! The employees are very knowledgeable and professional about their duties and treat all customers with great respect. They explain thoroughly of what is the problem and what needs to be fixed without creating issues that don't exist. In addition to their outstanding professional service, great prices and sometimes discounts when available, they have a love and care for their customers. The place is so clean with upgraded spacious bathroom, well maintained with a variety of snacks or treats in the waiting room and an out of this world aquarium that one would like to see. Their atmosphere really makes one feel like home with their treats and high quality holidays decorations. I had an excellent experience that made me feel comfortable and definitely will go back to have my cars fixed. Our community need more places like this. Thank you Adams Automotive and staff for your exceeding customers expectations. Great job!🙂

My initial estimate was outrageous. I was able to negotiate the price down but it was still high. My vehicle was not returned to me when I was originally told it would be ready. Wasted a couple days just waiting around to get the car back.

Very friendly service. As someone who has a degree in hospitality their customer service is top notch. They do great work and are cost effective compared to other shops I have taken my vehicles to. I will definitely be bringing back my other vehicle's back for service. This was for the Cypress Texas location
