I can't say enough about how great this shop is!! I hit a pothole heading south on Union Blvd. I don't have anyone to change a tire for me, AAA expired. I just happened to see the shop across from where I safely pulled off the road. They sent Trevor their tech out to change my tire. Turns out I bent the rim and broke the outter tie rod!! They got me in the shop that day, fixed the next day and back on the road. Joseph in the front office provided top notch customer service! The whole process was professional and efficient. I was even able to pick my keys up after hours! I highly recommend these guys!!

Amazing staff! Erik was stellar! Even though they didn’t have space the day I went in they made the time and space because they knew the importance of my visit! The technician was very thorough and did an amazing job! All around friendly and loving atmosphere! 10/10 recommend if you need repairs done on your vehicle!

I was very scared to bring my car into another repair shop cause I’ve had bad experiences with repair shops but Adam and son is different they explained to me very well and stuck with prices and came up with a good plan of action and were very honest. They were very friendly too and didn’t push for anything that I couldn’t afford and they came up with quotes of what needed to be repaired. I recommend them 10/10

Still good just like last time 👍🏻 Eric is very knowledgeable as a service advisor. Had my 2015 ram 1500 in for a block and coolant pressure test to make sure my head gaskets were good and no issues with mixing oil/coolant. Fair price for the test. Upon this they do an inspection with any paid service and gave me the nitty gritty on what needs to be done for fixes, as well as a detailed price breakdown for what those things would cost. Although I deferred the other inspected repair items (for now, money is tight enough having just bought the truck), it is very helpful that I have a list together of what to do in priority order. Would recommend and would return in the future! P.s. the negative reviews look to be mostly Karen's to me, as for pricing, parts all checked out fair value, so people complaining about prices don't understand the labor/time involved most of the time 😅

The estimate is a little pricey, however the Customer Service was great! Also the use of video to show the deficiencies is great, most places leave you at the peril of the service advisor and the take it or leave it attitude. Keep up the good work!

This was my first time using Adam & Son, and it exceeded expectations! I was kept in the loop every step of the way during the service via text/email. The service manager clearly explained my options for what had to be done, what could wait, and why. There was no hard-sell---a positive professional experience all around.

Having a hard time getting a stripped caliper bolt out myself. Called and explained the situation in detail and they explicitly told me they could help, needed to see it first to determine price. Reasonable. I bring it in and they tell me they refuse to help with just getting the one pad on, will only replace hardware on both sides. Why even say you'll help when you knew you wouldn't?

After reviewing this contract closely, I realized that as a paying consumer it leaves me with no recourse if job or parts are faulty. For 6,400 my car should have been completely fixed without all the diagnostics or added costs to my already high bill!! It's alot money being asked up front with absolutely NO GUARANTEES. Being that its my only automobile, My cost to the Straned Morterist Organization was 3,200 they were covering the other 3,200 . For these reasons , I feel as though this would be setting me up for 100% failure! Therefore in my best interest I denyed their services. Thank you! This is a email of the complete rip off that this company tried to negotiate with me ! Very unfordable, apparently no guarantees on work or parts and I was literally like what just happened?? Consumers beware!!

The professionalism of the response by this business should tell you enough about the quality of their customer service and work they do. They ripped off my elderly mother for hundreds of dollars after a long couple days of getting the run around.

This was the first time we had used Adam and Son. It was a wonderful experience. Everybody was very polite, very efficient and worked with us on the issues with the car. They even recommended some of the things probably weren't worth fixing based on the condition and age of the car. We just moved to Colorado Springs a year ago and have tried a couple other auto repair places. This will be our new go-to place.

Update - Hey Adam and son, you wrote a response to my review telling me and the whole world that you charged us $3800 for a USED transmission!!!! Never once was it mentioned that you put a USED transmission in the truck! Google it, the national average of a used transmission is $500, a brand new one is what you charged us for! So did installing it cost $3300 or are you just over charging all your “valued” customers?? Stop lying and just be decent humans, shame on you. ———— What we have been through with this business is just plain abuse and extortion. Words cannot explain the anguish this business has caused me and my family. I am a school teacher and my husband is a veteran going to trade school, so money is tight for us. - On July 31, 2023 we dropped off his truck for a new transmission ($3855.00) - August 14, 2023 we picked it up. - May 8, 2024 (less than 1 year) the transmission goes out, and we need a new transfer case seal. We go back to Adam & Son, and fight for them to fix it, but they agree since it’s been less than a year. - July 11, 2024 (two months later) we get the truck back, they claimed it was a shipping delay. It just also happened to eat up time, so our warranty would run out. - August 29, 2024 (3 weeks later, 15 days after the 1 year mark) transmission goes out again for a cracked bell housing, we go back to Adam and Son, who tells us we need another new transmission! Our truck sits dead in their parking lot for months while we argue with them. Until eventually they tell us to come get the truck towed or they would tow it to the impound. Legally there is nothing we can do, not that we could afford to anyway. So they took our money, killed our vehicle, and put us in debt, and they get away with all of it because the system fails people like us. 👍

We would give Adam and son auto repair a 10 if it was possible. I called at 4:30 yesterday because my windshield wipers had stopped working and we had snow predicted for overnight. Eric told me to bring it right in and they would look at it. He tried to reset code which didn't work so the mechanic, Josh, looked at it and said rodents had eaten through the wire. They fixed it on the spot and I was out of there in less than a half an hour. On top of that, with my military discount it only cost me $60. AutoNation wanted $220 just to look at it to do a diagnostic and we were going to have to leave it all day. We will tell everyone about Adam and Son and how great they are.

I appreciated the fact that Eric stayed in constant contact with me as the technician evaluated the problems with my vehicle. I also appreciated the logic which was employed in starting with the simplest and least expensive to the more complex and more expensive approach that was used in servicing my vehicle. The problem was eventually found and corrected. So far, my 2002 Yukon that has 251K miles on it purrs like a kitten once more. Well done to all who were involved in getting us back on the road again.
