Needed new trailer tires, not something they usually do but they took care of me! The day I picked up the tires my trucks tire needed repair, no appointment last minute and again they took great care of me. Prices are fair, workmanship and professionalism! I would highly recommend!

I took my cadillac there because it was not starting and they were the closest ones. They worked with and even provided me with name for a local tow truck. It was a reasonable time to trouble shoot my issues. Got an estimate and it was $1115.00 for diagnostic and replacing the crankshaft sensor and the pigtail on it. I did some research and the project should take 1.5 hours according to standards. The parts are another $60 at most. I said thank you but no. I asked for the bill for diagnostic and it was $331. So I said why so much. Well they took a lot of time trouble shooting and equipment . Shipped the car to my mechanic and it's the fuel pump that went out. So I paid for a false diagnostic, I would have paid them an exorbitant amount for a part that did not need to be replaced. I would not ever go back there. Also ask first for their hourly rate. I believe it's $150/hr and they didn't get it right.

I cannot express enough how amazing this shop is. To find a mechanic shop that has integrity, does the job correct and definitely has reasonable prices. I have an SUV an antique Celica and truck and they are the only ones that will ever be under the hood of any of my vehicles. Thank You Randy, Blake and Miss Mary for everything!

This review is LONG over-due... I have been taking my 2015 Ford F150 King Ranch to Action Auto since they opened their shop here in Paleo Park of Commerce, and I won't take it anywhere else. I have lost count how many times this team has gone above & beyond for me. Mary, Blake, Tim, Randy, oh and ROSCOE! That beautiful shop dog of theirs, it's always a treat to get to love on him :) I highly recommend Action Auto to anyone looking for honest, reliable automotive needs. I never feel pressured or like they are trying to "sell" me something that my truck doesn't absolutely need. That's a big one for single moms!! Thank you Action Auto! I went here for a patch for my tire because I had a huge screw go head first through my tire. I plugged it with 3 plugs but didn't feel comfortable driving it with that many plugs or a hole that large. So I dropped the spare, mounted it on my truck, and threw the plugged tire in the bed of my truck. Imagine my surprise when 2 weeks later, that same tire started leaking.... and I see a huge plug in my tire. Why would I have a plug when I asked for a patch? Not only that, now I'm questioning why I was charged 20 bucks, for what I thought was a patch, since I asked for it to be patched. Even better question, why would they plug it, when it was already plugged??? I was there for a more permanent fix, not another band-aid. Worst part was that I was in the waiting room and if there was ever any questioning of what I wanted or was there for, I could have answered their question but, I was never asked. None of this makes any sense. Not real happy that I wasted 2 hours getting a plug in a tire that already had a plug in it and now I have to do it all over again since it wasn't fixed correctly in the first place, nor did they do the repair that I requested. From looking at their reviews, most of them are really good and I'm hoping I had a "one off" experience with them but how can they not complete the simplest task of patching a tire?

Our car broke down on Sunday night. State Farm Roadside Assistance responded with a tow truck. Had them drop the car off at Action Auto Center. Called Action Auto at 8:00am. They got back to me with a reasonable estimate by noon, and repairs were completed by 4:30pm, including a test of cooling system to verify engine had not been damaged by overheating.

Terrible experience. My truck is worse now than it was when I brought it in. Update: After finding another mechanic, he disassembled the radiator and discovered "tons of dirt" packed in the radiator and condensator. He had to use a blower to clean it out. I don't drive down dirt roads, and I don't take it mudding. Pretty interesting if you ask me.

Very happy with how they treated my truck and how they stayed right on schedule. I would get updated from a mechanic about what was going on , and when my vehicle could be picked up. They finished it faster than was planned too!

Was told to bring my truck in before 8 for an alignment first thing in the morning since I couldn’t leave my truck at their shop all day. I show up at 7:50 the next morning after driving 40 minutes to their shop only to be told they can’t do it this morning and I would need to leave the truck there with them. Their excuse was “sorry things change”.

Went to dealer ship three times for coolant issue. Every time they said good to go. Car stop running with me on side of the road. Took it to Blake auto repair with in one day fixed and no problems since. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants honesty and good work.
