Greg has poor customer service and his turnaround time for vehicles has been delayed for months closer to a year. I initially went to him for a motor. He was disrespectful yelled at me over the phone because of his lack in mechanics and other staff to run this business. ( sounds like a you problem ) whenever I will call to check on the status of the car, which was once a month he acted as if I was a nuisance, like he hadn’t been paid for a service me a time frame that the car will be finished and when I called a week later after that timeframe, he told me that the car still wasn’t ready. I Do not recommend ACT for you mechanical or collision repair needs

They changed the stripe color on their own without calling me. Come to find out it’s off brand stripes. They didn’t paint the inside of my door they replaced. Buttons on my door don’t work anymore. My trunk wasn’t attached back right. And I got my car back clunking. Which my car was not doing this before hand. Now the shop won’t answer to correct their mistakes.

Well called business 2 schedule appt 2 fix scratches on bumper, asked 2 b put on hold said yes. 28 min later got in car and drove there. When i got there found small space in front of building 2 park and go in. As I was getting out of my car their tow driver backed up like he was gonna ram my car. Decided not 2 risk my life and will get estimate elsewhere.

Great work done in a timely fashion !!!! Cheaper than MAACO. We would recommend A.C.T. to everybody.
