I called over there asking for a quote and they said that they will give me a quote when I brought the car in because there was no way of knowing how much it would be. I already knew what the problem was and I didn’t need them to confirm it. I just wanted a quote and I dropped it off not knowing they were going to charge me $80 bucks for a diagnostic for what I already knew. I found a better shop to take my BMW that fits my needs and didn’t have to pay a diagnostic fee just to ask how much it would cost to fix it. And, they didn’t have their company name on their building.

Update: Dudes replaced my turbo. They complained about how difficult of a repair it was. After 6 months it went bad again. Well, understandable. But they didn't want to believe me that the turbo was bad. So they told me another part is probably causing the issue. So they replaced the other part and charged me a couple hundred dollars and sent me away. Well a few days later the same error code came on again. I took it back down. He was pretty frustrated at my cars situation. After looking into it again he came back and said that the turbo is in fact bad. So it appears that other part didn't need to be replaced and I'm out that money as he made me eat that mistake. I understand parts can go bad, for sure. They did go ahead and replace the turbo again and covered it under warranty. But, then when they put my car back together they didn't tighten down the bolts well at all around the exhaust. One of the bolts was completely missing and the others were about to fall out. I won't be back. I honestly just don't trust them with my vehicle. Maybe it's cause they specialize in foreign vehicles and mine was a Chevy?

I’ve been working on BMW for 10 years now and I trust no one to work on my cars. Most guys charge 10x too much for terrible work, but these guys were AWESOME. I was blown away by the fair prices and was just waiting for the lies and price bumps and incompetence like most other euro Techs, but to my surprise he was far beyond the skill set and understanding that I'm used to seeing! And no sketchy price increases or anything weird. In fact I got photos throughout and was invited multiple times to come by and check out the work, This is a unicorn shop and guaranteed will be one of the biggest in the valley one day if they keep this up!

FINALLY!!! I found somewhere in Idaho to do the actual modifications to my BMW M4. Actually did everything as promised. Unfortunately I was taken for well over $12,000 at EXCLUSIVE MOTORSPORTS. Promised turbo swap with fuel it kit which turned out to be stock turbos and an MHD Fuel analyzer with MHD tune. The only way I found out was when I went to turn the tune up the was a fuel shortage. I then Proceeded to start removing intakes reservoirs to get to the turbo where I was crushed. Then I tore into the fuel to find stock fuel system. I won’t even go into the BMW 440. I bought from them that blown motor that I was stuck with. They definitely saw me coming. Be careful they will pretend to be your friend and stab you in the back not only Financially but emotionally as well. So after I got over that, I proceeded to buy the turbo and fuel it kit myself and found Andy at ACR Autoworks. It’s literally a graveyard of exclusive motorcars lol that he’s trying to bring back to life. If you need legitimate service work done to your BMW, whether it be stock or modifications, I couldn’t have asked for a better person or skilled mechanic. His prices are fair. His work is legit. I don’t know what else I could say except for don’t let Exclusive Motorsports take you for over $20k grand. I guess were there from it’s normal business practices to them. Enoy the Dyno bought and paid for by Weston Cox. Embarrassing I know. Get your European car or any car serviced here…ask for Andy and you’ll get honest reliable fair service the first time.

I have used this mechanic for several years now and I have had nothing but the best service and repairs done. When finding a trustworthy mechanic for me is difficult as I am a highly critical mechanic myself. I want an excellent repair done at a fair price. I receive all of this and more from ACR. Several years ago I had my 2007 GMC Duramax 2500 diagnosed with needing injectors. I kept driving the truck knowing that the injectors could fail and cause much more damage to the truck. The quote I received at that time was 11,000.00 and I couldn’t afford to spend that kind of money. Since I had taken my truck to ACR before for minor issues I decided it was time to take care of my injectors. I was happy to say that after I provided the injectors that my total bill was under 1500 for the injector installation plus a couple other repairs. They have also serviced and have made major repairs on my wife’s BMW X5. I would highly recommend the service and repair from the friendly people at ACR to my family and friends.

I came here awhile back, they were able to get me right in and help me out, I ran over glass or something like it, well that stuff got in my breaks and was making a horrible noise, Andy checked each wheel to make sure they were safe and didn't have any stuff in them. I will be back, and I highly recommend this shop!

I had a electrical issue with my 2008 BMW. I thought I would try this shop since they advertised they work on BMW's. He is very knowledgeable of his BMW'S. The problem was found and parts ordered. The parts and service costs are reasonable. I will have more service work done by ACR in the future. I support local businesses.

My 2013 mini cooper clubman S needed a lot of work done. Matinance ect. I couldn't be happier with the service and expertise of ACR Autowerks. I won't bring my car anywhere else.

Similar to another review here, I too had tried installing my own coilovers but had ultimately failed. I was referred to this shop, and I am so grateful I was because not only did they fix the issue I was having, but went above and beyond in their services. Andy was so helpful and within a few hours of dropping it off my car was completed fixed and ready for pickup. Not only was the service outstanding, but their fees are priced fairly and they don't try to upsell you or overcharge.

Top notch work done here. I had a top-end overhaul done on my 2015 Ram 1500 that included a new camshaft and fixing of leaky exhaust manifolds. Cost was less than quoted elsewhere, and very fair. The job will not be rushed through, and you can trust the quality of the work. This is my mechanic going forward 100%.

After attempting (and failing) to install coilovers myself, I brought it over to ACR. Not only did he have them installed and the car was ready by the end of the day, but he also gave me what I consider to be an extremely fair price for the work it took. I’ll choose ACR over any big repair shop in the future! They care about customer satisfaction and really seem to love what they do—and it shows. ❤️

I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but I really have to say that this place was awesome. I am so glad I came here because Andy was able to get me in quick and did an excellent job getting my brakes, rotors, CV boots, plugs, and oil all done. I would HIGHLY recommend that you come see this place to get your vehicle worked on. This guy knows his stuff and is very honest! Hard to find honest and good quality work these days and Andy drives that home on your vehicle. Loves how he treats it as if it was his own vehicle he was doing work on. Can't be it!

I have had major engine, driveline and suspension work done by Andy over the past year to my 21 year old BMW. The car runs and drives like new with 155,000 miles on it. He is a very skilled and thorough mechanic and knows immediately what is in need of repair and doesn't waste time and money. I have complete confidence in his abilities. My highest recommendation for him.

I own a 2003 Xterra that has just over 200k miles on it. I’m the typical person that likes to do his own mechanical work as I normally can’t trust so called mechanics to do a good job. Well Andy was great, Great customer service, attention to detail and kept me in the loop on my full exhaust setup for my Xterra. In 2003 Nissan had this great idea to have the CAT be apart of the header aka one piece design for passenger and driver side exhaust manifolds. That being said this was something I wasn’t wanting to work on. I had purchased the exhaust parts online and reached out to Andy about doing install and cost etc. he advised cost and advised when he could get it in. One day turn around. He had some minor fitment issues and had reached out asking if it would be ok to weld the exhaust in a couple spots. This being said, I have found my local mechanic for the jobs that I don’t want to do. LOL. Thank u again

I took my car to Andy to have all sorts of work done (head gasket, timing belt, water pump, etc.) He made sure to keep me updated on everything that was happening, took lots of pictures documenting the process, he went above and beyond. He took care of my car as if it was his own. His pricing was reasonable, and he was able to turn the job around quick. Unsuspecting home mechanic. These guys are as professional, if not more, than your average auto repair shop. Andy's communication skills were just as great as his mechanic abilities. Give these guys a chance, they will disappoint.
