Fantastic service, fast, friendly, affordable. Called them, they sent out a tech and he replaced my tire in less than 20 mins, including him having to break off my wheel lock. Definitely recommend Ace to anyone but especially if you're near Lee Road and the Beltway

They are very rude he jack your car up and hold in the air until you pay him. They dont plug the only patch to make money. They dont even buy patches and charge 25.00 for a plug when average plug run 20.00. I am a tipper but you got it with the extra 5.00

Literally sat there for almost an hour and never got my air pressure checked 3 guys there and all worked on one car , they went in started talking and never came back out, then when they did come back out still completely ignored

I had a flat on the way to work & they were able to get me in & out quickly. Service was amazing. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. They are also open earlier than most tire shops.

I work for a company a bit north of Houston and I had a bad tire encounter one morning and pull these guys up on Google totally amazing people I was In and out in no time and back on the road They helped me figure out payment and billing info as well Thank yall so much for treating me like family

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I left work and my tire went flat. I pull over and call this location because they are TWO minutes from me. They tell me the tire would be $70 to replace, $180 for roadside assistance… I can’t drive on the tire so I had to go for roadside assistance. The guy gets here 20 mins later, takes 20mins to take my tire off. He leaves with my tire while I’m standing outside. There is a language barrier so neither me or the guy that came to replace my tire can understand each other. I call the shop to figure out what’s going on and they tell me it has something to do with the rim on my tire. The guy had to take my tire back and replace the rim at the shop. I ask for a discount because it’s 96 degrees outside, and I am stranded with NO rim and NO tire. He tells me “do you want the service done correctly. There will be no discount” so I’m upset, I hang up the phone and just wait for the guy to return. I get a text that says they canceled my service and will be putting my flat tire back on my car. Which they did, then they drove off. I’ve been sitting for over an hour, stranded, with no tire. This place of business is unprofessional and offer sorry customer service

These guys are awesome and so professional. Got a flat tire leaving bush airport, i came in 20 min before they closed and they fixed it in 15 min flat (no pun intended lol). Highly recommend!

Called to repair a flat, an hour later the repair man was at my house. Very quick repair. And it looks like it was well done! I would use them again for sure. Price is fair for such short wait time, and to come to my house! I really liked that the technician provides a receipt, most mobile repairmen do not do that. Very professional ! I will say, I don’t know Spanish, so I was not able to communicate with the guy who came over. No big deal, but I usually like to ask a lot of questions.

These people price gouge and lie to you hoping that you won't pay attention. The guy told me $55 because he would have to take my tire off by hand for a 16-ft trailer tire. He told me that they can't use the machine cuz The tire is too strong for the machine. And then he turns around and uses the machine to take the tire off and when I confront him about it you just stays quiet pretending like he doesn't hear me. I'm going to call my bank and do a charge back for the full amount.

These people take advantage of women because they feel like women don't know any better.. so they will sell you a bad tire and hope you don't notice.. then they won't give you your money back or exchange it for a good one when you find out about it

Excellent customer service! I recalled my 1st visit last year and that led me back...They had my rare and hard find tire. Most places had to order it, 4-6 days shipment. Nothing beats great customer service after a long hot workday 👏🏾the icing on the cake is extremely reasonable prices!!!!
