Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my issue very quickly and had the repair done in no time. His shop is very cost effective as well. Engine stopped while driving and had to tow it to the shop. They did diagnostics and found the problem fairly quickly and replaced the part all at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, affordable and trustworthy mechanic, look no further than ACE! I recently purchased a vehicle that I was led to believe was well-maintaned. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Being new to the area, a friend directed me to a reputable mechanic shop in town and, after diagnosing, they told me I needed to spend thousands more-immediately-for the shop to get it "street ready". Fortunately, another friend directed me to Ace for a second opinion. I am so incredibly glad I did! Ethan even took the time to show me what needed to be fixed now and that I don't have to fix everything the first shop told I had to do "right away"! Thank you Michael, Ethan and crew! I won't be taking my ride to anyone else!!

They had my damn car for 2 months and did nothing but make it worse so I went across the street to another car shop and they fixed the problem in one day.

I can't recommend Ace enough! I needed a tail light fixed and they advised me on the most economical way to replace it and when I brought it in to be fixed they were very efficient and quick. The employees are super nice and genuine as well. All around great service!

Highly recommend. Had engine problems and the staff was SUPER helpful, quick, and affordable. Especially Eli. They made sure I knew exactly what was being done to my car and there were no hidden fees or attempts to up-charge me. Will be going here for the remainder of my stay in Knoxville.

I recommend Ace automotive to anyone needing car repairs, I took my car in and they fixed it same day, and there was no price gouging just because I'm a female!!!! Very reasonable priced and extremely knowledgeable!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I've Been Here Roughly About 3-4 Times In The Past 2 Years And Everytime Michael And His Team Have Been Able To Help Me Out With My Chevy,And One Time They Quite Weren't Able To Help They Still Recommended Another Place To Go To,Sometimes Takes Them A Bit More Than I Expect But Atleast I Know It's A Quality Fix Everytime They Do It,Proud Of This Mecahnic Shop,Can't Thank Em Enough
