Sam and Taha at Ace Auto Repair truly went above and beyond with my Infiniti G37x, and I can't express how grateful I am. My car had been needing a tune-up for a while, and I was feeling overwhelmed with the thought of high repair bills and long wait times. This auto shop quite literally exceeded my expectations. They not only took me in as soon as possible like I needed but also went absolutely above and beyond in performing immaculate work and customer service. Taha has been an absolute delight with overseeing everything needing done alongside the mechanics and informing you throughout. After a complete tune up, I was still experiencing an issue with my engine; that same day Sam ordered the part I needed, fixed my vehicle and I was out the door in one hour! My car drives butter smooth now. Fast, reliable and knowledgeable. Icing on the cake; their pricing is also affordable to boot. Keep up the good work guys. 👏

Excellent, honest, and quick service, by an amazing man !! Aslam is a one of a kind guy that you can trust with anything let alone your car. Mechanics in general get a bad name, but NOT Aslam he's the mechanic you want to leave your car with for repair. Bends over backwards to provide excellent service & to make sure you're satisfied. Not good experience.. took my Volvo to this guy twice.. he fix the first problem baberly! I had a hard time turning my steering wheel.. locked up on me. So I called Ace Auto to see if they can help me, took it to him he charged me $550 + tax.. pick the car up problem fixed but it started making squealing sounds when I turn the car now… Issue #2.. took my Volvo to him yesterday.. told him that my truck won’t start at times when it been ran a few times.. sometime it needs to wait a min before starting.. what to do? He said bring it in.. it may be the thermostat! He supposly change it fixed.. called n said the truck was Readyvto to.. Psid him another $550 plus tax just to find out that the issue want fixed and my car is stuck at a store 15 mins after driving off his lot..!!!

Mr Sam, the owner himself is like an uncle I never had! This business offers an immaculate service at reasonable charges. Let me briefly offer a comparison as I took into consideration a lot of local businesses near me as I’m a student and spend carefully because this market is populated with more businesses just trying to hustle costumers, and for the most part everyone i talked for a quote, got really unreasonable rates. This place at the first encounter took care of my situation right away without having to burden me with extra hidden charges, just quality work! As i was waiting there i noticed, they don’t waste there or costumer’s time and start working on cars right away, offer realistic and clear advice on the particular car’s situation. They provide a speedy as-well as a quality service. Day made, thanks for your services.

We originally came in because we though our thermostat was out and needed replaced and they said it wasn't that and it was the radiator and said how much an I appreciated the fact that they didn't fix what we came in for because something else was the problem and they informed us. Got it done and now I can get back to work again with my car I highly recommend this place they are nice, adorable,informable, and great work was done 10/10

Sam and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I work in the Kent area only infrequently, when my voltage light came on I called Sam and he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, a bad alternator, they tracked one down and replaced it all while I waited. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. The alternator they put in was a defective rebuild, though this wasn’t Ace auto repairs fault, Sam and his team went above and beyond yet again to work with my schedule and swap in a replacement which then fixed the problem. I would whole heartedly recommend this shop.
