Best place to take your car! Loren was wonderful! He took such good care of us. He fit us in and fixed our car in a short time and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend accurate automotive.

Had my tire blow out right next door, and my spare ended up being flat and came off the rim. Ran in here and they helped fix and inflate the spare for me free of charge.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I'm praying they did the work they said. Lauren is rude, especially once he's been paid. I asked if he could go over what they did and show me, he said no in a most condescending manner. He eventually did go outside but made an arrogant gesture to reading the owners manual. I had brought the truck in because it was bouncing up front and running rough. I took it here as they were recommended. They fixed several things, truck is still rough running, I called and Lauren said that is because it is a Ford F150. So I guess they run rough? I wouldn't normally write a review but after spending close to $2000 to be treated in such a arrogant rude way I felt it necessary. Maybe he has issues with women. Or maybe he doesn't realize women are cautious because we've been taken advantage of so often by car repair shops! Not sure if he has a wife or daughters. Hoping my truck is fixed. Maybe, try a little kind and friendly customer service, it goes a long way in the world. I know as I've had my own business for 33 years. I have 3 vehicles but will be finding a different mechanic, one who appreciates my business and is respectful.

Accurate automotive it is one of the most professional shops I’ve ever dealt with. Brian and Loren have been working on my 5 plus Vehicles for over 7 years. I have full trust within them. I have been utilizing Accurate Automotive since they opened for all of my vehicles. I have never had better service from an auto repair and maintenance facility. The diagnostic abilities of this shop are top of the line, the employees are very well trained on all tools available, and their abilities are off the charts. I once had Brian diagnose an issue on my car, because he heard something from across the shop while I was leaving. He quickly grabbed a wrench and ran over to resolve it in literally a matter of seconds.

I was sitting in line for emissions around 745 today then some knuckle head in a red ford car 🚗.pulls up and said he is trying to get to work …. I had about two seconds to think about where he was trying to go before he started yapping again rudely and popping off that annoying boost in his little car .. when i realized I had room to backup to clear the entry way I did so .. Then this guy Continue to stare me down and smirk as he was opening up the gates It’s very interesting how this individual represented his company knowing very well I might end up failing emission and possibly needing their services Food for thought Quick update. I spoke with the manager and And he was on the same page as the individual I encountered In his words he’s already had enough of this conversation…

I went in pretending I didn’t know anything about engines to see if they’d be honest. Although he did share I had a crack in my radiator, he told me it’d cost $1500 to replace then said I needed a new alternator, which 2 weeks before this Auto Zone told me it was fine, and he said the alternator would cost $800. All I have to say is LADIES BEWARE!!! I was going to call him on his game but I thought using them for my article would be better.
