I have taken 2 separate vehicles in, in the last 4 mths and they went above and beyond what I expected. They have always got me in right away and turn around, was fast. Nathan was super nice and very informative about the whole process. This place deserves a shot from anyone looking for any kind of work done. I'm very appreciative & grateful to have found them!

Accurate Auto is a reputable and honest repair shop with good customer service. Their multi-point inspection is very thorough, with the report sent to one's smart phone. Less expensive than a dealership, they are overall a good value for those who can afford to maintain their vehicles.

I chose Accurate Auto because of the reviews, I called and spoke with Lance on 1/08 asking for a quote to do a tune up, brakes and rotor service, shocks, CVT fluid change, and oil change. He was very nice, he said he would get it over to the estimating department and they would get back to me. I was expecting to hear back in no more than 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. I called on 1/15 and spoke with Lance again and he said I should’ve heard back and he would reach out to the to estimating department again. I’ve heard nothing back, once again. So if y’all don’t want my business then I won’t bring my car here. Which leads me to speculate that since I mentioned it was for my boyfriend’s car there may possibly be some discriminatory reason my estimate is not of priority. I can’t think of any other reason why a place would not make a request like this a priority since it’s money coming in. Well my money is going somewhere else. Be well.

I contacted AA Hillsboro because my 2019 Impala needed brakes and the 90k service, also I had a check engine light on. I had called several other shops and dealerships in the area and none of them gave me a good vibe. After speaking with the service writer, I felt very comfortable taking my ride to these folks. The intake process was easy and convenient. I was given an update of what the tech found and estimate on the service and repair. I had a great experience, best of all my ride had a great experience. no more check engine light and the brakes perform like a new car. I highly recommend these very professional people to take care of your ride too.

Accurate Auto is a perfect name for this company. I have had the best experience with them. Their online reports are phenomenal and very easy to understand for a non mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone with any car problems. 10 out of 10!

I don’t live in the area but my 18 year old daughter does. Her window regulator failed with the window down and as I’m sure you could imagine in the rainy season, it was inconvenient to say the least. I called Accurate auto, and explained the situation . They were able to get her in right away which was great, and the vehicle turned around same day. The level of service and speed of repair was phenomenal. Would have given 5 stars of the price wasn’t so high. Motor regulator is a cheap part and incredibly simple repair. We were charged over $800, which in my opinion, is borderline robbery. Given the circumstances, I’m just happy that they took care of my daughter. Thanks

Nathan and the rest of the people at Accurate Auto took good care of my jeep, and us really. Cheesy and overused sounding, but they went above and beyond my expectations, and made the situation easier on me because I was extremely overwhelmed. They’ve also done a great job prior fixing my husband’s Prius that needed help because another place botched it. I love my jeep and I’m glad they went the extra mile. 🙂

What we thought was a simple fix (oil pressure sensor) turned out to be a bit more! And upon initial fix everything seemed great until the next day. Check lights coming on, oil pressure etc. They got it in the next day, took some trial and error but they found the issue and resolved it. Nathan was great! The only thing I would point out is that I did a lot of the communicating when Nathan wasn't there, I needed to call for updates on what was happening. But other than that, the price, the work and the professionalism was great :-) thanks everyone!

Work quality is likely to meet expectations, I do not crawl underneath the car to make sure all is well, my expectation is that they quality check their own work., Unfortunately, the wait time was a bit disappointing. When I called to make the simple oil and filter change appointment I was quoted less than 1 hour, when I arrived I was quoted an hour and a half, the car was completed in an hour and 45 minutes. I also asked for a quote for a different service and they would not provide that without an inspection prior to the quotation, however, I call the dealership and they will give me an exact price for the service without a pre-inspection cost.

The guy, Patrick, who answered the phone is apparently a manager, but he can't answer a simple question. He was very disrespectful to me. I will never bring my car here again. I have brought my car here in the past and I've never had to deal with Patrick all the other employees are really respectful, but I don't know if Patrick was having a bad day or what but he was being extremely disrespectful and you guys have officially lost my service. I'll never bring any of my bills back to you guys. highly do not recommend accurate auto

As a retired fleet manager, I'm pretty familiar with automotive shops and vehicle repairs. My first visit to Accurate Auto couldn't have gone better: minimal wait to get my car's diagnostics done, a thorough inspection report with reasonable recommendations, good communication about options/cost with front counter staff, accurate estimate/invoice, great staff customer service experience, and prompt repairs. I'm very pleased with my experience and will return, thanks!

I had a fantastic experience with Accurate Auto of Hillsboro. My brake pedal felt spongy so I decided to take my car in; this was the only company that could help me on such short notice. They were extremely professional and completed the service promptly. Their customer service was excellent—they listened to my feedback and made the necessary adjustments without any hassle. ****UPDATE**** Even after the "owner" replied to me instead of calling me directly. He wanted me to call the store that made the mistake yet when I stood in front of them that day they just wanted me to schedule another inspection and charge me for it. When taking a car to a shop you should feel comfortable with who you are dealing with. Yet this place only wants the pocketbook instead. IT THE OWNER HIMSELF WANTS TO CALL HE CAN HE HAS MY NUMBER. IT WAS ON THE 2012 CHEVY CRUZE. FOR ALL OTHER PEOPLE I AM LETTING YOU KNOW A SHOP IN WASHINGTON TOLD ME TO WALK AWAY FROM THE PROBLEM IT WOULD COST MORE THEN IT WAS WORTH. THEY HAD MORE INTEGRITY THEN THIS SHOP. THEY WOULDN'T DO THE WORK BECAUSE IT WAS A LOSING BATTLE. I used these guys years ago and no problem. I went to the Hillsboro location recently and had a whole different experience. They did get me an appointment same day. The mechanic told me they can get to it right away because he didn't have anything to do yet the front desk said they were so slammed they would have to work it in. The problem was radiator hose blew. they did a multi point safety and maintenance inspection. They fixed just the hose for a total just under $700. In the inspection they made remarks about how tags were still good, tires were at needing replaced that they were at 0/32 yet they were still not down to the wear bars, the condition of the brakes and even the color of the brake fluid. They gave back car and in less then 20 min I returned and stated the car threw a engine light and was pulsing. I also told them it threw the coolant out of the overflow. They stated that they never checked anything but the hose yet I paid $139.97 for the inspection. They wanted to charge again to look at it and I said no and took to another shop. That shop found a blown head gasket, misfire on 4 injectors, turbo may be also affected and the wiring is having problems due to the antifreeze getting on it since it was so warm. With this all being supposedly fixed by Accurate why did these problems still show up? I sold car to a mechanic friend who wanted to see if he can get it running. he has dumped $2000 into parts and said if labor was charged it would have been near $4000 to have had it up and running right. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY OVERCHARGE AND DON'T FIX CORRECTLY. Work was done better when the old front office staff was there. The new people are there just to take your money.

AVOID AVOID AVOID & READ. Response they did month late if leave negative feedback so disingenuous reply month after fact, if positive review instant feedback. They had many opportunities to make things right when it happend. But they are quick to take your money but when you point out they made errors are quick to denie and tell you they don't need your business. THAT IS A DIRECT quote FROM THEIR SHOP MANAGER. WHO DENIES THE OBVIOUS AND ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY FOR FAULTY WORK AS THEY CREATE MORE ISSUES. INSTEAD OF OWNING MISTAKES. Their shop manager a peice of work and causes most of their issues. Like I said they had their chance to make things right and failed miserably. Don't be fooled by this month late faux reply. Avoid these incompetent people and crooked business at all cost. Over charge you for services. Not sure if original repair even done correvrly. Then Create new issues and won't repair them. Then picked up pictured that how they left my vechile. Now have to take somewhere else to repair the damage they caused. HIT NEWEST BUTTON AND SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. WITHIN THIS PAST MONTH.

Extremely overpriced. $140 to diagnose an issue. My mechanic in portland charged $85 to diagnose and give a full car inspection, and Bassitt Auto on Baseline is only $75. They also advised me of $4000 worth of work I should have done on a $3500 car. Avoid this place at all costs.
