same as everybody else that's reviewed this company. I can't say enough good. the service is beyond reproach. I've been in the Subaru scene for 21 years and it is very rare to find what you find here. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to accolade Auto. they don't claim to be perfect but they're pretty freaking close to it. it's nice when you find somebody that has a passion for customer service and automotive repair.

Jon and his team took excellent care of our 2011 Outback when the transmission needed replacing. The Royal Moore Subaru dealership recommended them when we expressed wanting to find a used/refurbished replacement part. Not only is Jon an absolute pro but he was also incredibly courteous and thorough when sourcing a used transmission. I learned so much about my car without any condescension. Highly recommend Accolade for any Subaru owners!

I was in the market for a GX 470, I had been looking for the right one for most of the summer. I happen to stumble upon one at Accolades Autos. Given that they specialize in Subarus I was skeptical until I had a five minute conversation with Jon. My purchase was tricky, it started a weekend before a holiday that extended into the next week, documents troubles and so on. Jon went through hell and high water to get me into my adventure rig. This was absolutely my best experience purchasing a new vehicle, he kept the stoke high when things got difficult and has amazing knowledge in sales to help alleviate all troubles that presented themselves during the transaction. 10/10 recommending Accolades to my friends and family, will also be bringing my vehicle here for maintenance as well. I recently had an outstanding experience with Accolade Auto while getting my Subaru WRX STI serviced. Right from the start, I was struck by how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. Jon, the owner, is a true gem. He is honest, trustworthy, and has a talent for breaking down technical information in a way that's easy for a layperson to understand. Madeline at the front desk is just as impressive! She's super personable, great to just chat with, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. The technicians at Accolade Auto are clearly Subaru experts. Their workmanship is top-notch, and I appreciate how straightforward they are with recommendations - no pressure to buy extra services you don't need! The first time I used their shop they did some repairs on my car, including a coolant exchange. A few weeks later the connection between the coolant tank and hose broke and the tank needed to be replaced. Even though the issue wasn't their fault (likely failed due to an old hose fitting), they took responsibility and resolved the problem at no cost to me. Jon even scheduled a flat-bed tow truck to get my car and fixed the issue the next day. My car also needed a new clutch/flywheel and power steering pump replacement (i.e., not an inexpensive job), but they noticed I had a cracked negative terminal and fixed it without charging me. It’s obvious that they strive to perform quality work and care about customer safety. Accolade Auto has truly made owning and repairing my WRX STI a lot less stressful. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, honesty, and top-notch workmanship really shows that there are still great people and businesses out there. While dealing with car repairs can be a bit of a pain in the wallet, it's reassuring to know that my money is going to a quality shop. I can't recommend them enough, especially to fellow Subaru owners in need of some repairs, maintenance, or upgrades.

I have had a major issue with my Subaru I took it into the shop per a friends recommendation, and I would definitely recommend going here again. They took incredible care of me and did a swift job on a very, very hard job. Had a blown head gasket, which turned into something much worse and Jon Made up a solution for me that worked within my budget and had a quick and good result. I will most definitely be returning with any problems that I have in the future, I will also be recommending to any of my fellow Subaru owners. I cannot think everyone from this establishment enough for the health that they have given me.

I recently bought a car here, Staff were extremely helpful and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into extra purchases or upsold, and the purchase only took a couple hours over a couple days. I brought my car in for a checkup when I wasn't sure how to handle a minor issue, and they took care of it super quickly and gave me a great deal since I had bought the car so recently. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you're inexperienced in auto care. Integrity and kindness off the charts

I buyed a used car from jon and it was realy nice to make business with him. He even replaced a part that broke after a few month on his own cost, even when it was not covered by a warranty. The first car dealer were I dont felt screwed over.

This is SERVICE!, and I wish I had known about this place earlier! I stopped in with my non-functioning CrossTrek hybrid charger cord to see if they had a replacement, since another dealership had quoted me $1,500 to replace it (???!!!). Here is how they fixed my problem: No replacement cord was available, so they said "Let's just test this on your car". Well, it worked. I went home and checked the GFCI outlet in the garage, and clicked it back on. Duh! I so wish I had found this dealership sooner! Highly recommended!

Great service on my 2002 Impreza WRX. I needed a new clutch set and the guys did an incredible job at a really good price. They showed enthusiasm and care with my car and it's running like new. Definitely going to return for big and small jobs in the future. Highly recommended.

Appreciate Jon and the rest of his team. After having trouble getting my car fixed and finding a good mechanic in my own town about 3.5 hours away, towing it to Accolade Auto was the best decision. I bought a used vehicle from here. During the test drive I spotted some potential issues. When I returned the sales guy Jon had also reviewed the notes and was proactively setting up some time for his techs to look at a different issue. They ended up finding issues with the truck, fixed them all. Very customer focused, great work thanks!

Jon and the rest of the crew at Accolade are the MVP's of Subaru repair and maintenance. After many failed attempts at finding a good repair shop in East Oregon where I live now, I finally decided to trailer one of my Subarus across the state 3.5 hours just to make sure it was in good hands with Accolade. Owner, Jon, is the real deal. I bought a Mustang from him, and he went above and beyond to ensure that everything about the car was perfect for me! The car ended up having a problem with its horn when we were purchasing, which ended up continuing after sale. Jon was kind enough to give me a warranty on the horn, and fixed it without question once I realized the problem was persisting. Even though he had to outsource the work on my horn, he didn't charge me a dime for it! Jon is a reputable man and someone I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much Jon!
