Academy Auto in Bristol is definitely our go to place for any of our auto repair needs! Their whole team including the receptionists are always so helpful and very friendly. I was in a pinch and needed a tow! Jesse was quick to show up and very professional! With that being said I think I found a place where I'll take my vehicle for repairs!

Super service! Went to front door and was a sign for lunch hrs. Turned around and owner stopped his lunch break to ask what I needed. I showed him and he fixed it within 7 mins. I asked how much and he said don't worry about it. Absolutely not! I insisted that I pay him something as I needed help and he helped me ON HIS LUNCH BREAK! Will definitely be going to Academy should I need them in the future! Thanks Jesse!

You'll be in good hands when you take your vehicle to Academy Auto. Jesse and Jesse Jr. genuinely care about your vehicle and care about you. My classic car was in an accident and the insurance company suggested Academy Auto- I had never heard of them. The entire experience was first class. They communicate with you throughout the entire process, they make sure you are involved in the decisions that are being made, and encourage you to stop by and check their progress. The workmanship is first class. They take great pride in the work they do and would never cut corners. Their facility can handle ANY car. There is certainly something to be said for family owned businesses. Thank you Jesse & Jesse!!
