2/6/2025 Another trip back to ABS and happy again. My wife picked up a nail in a tire and it was slowly losing air. I gave ABS a call and they were able to get the vehicle in. We left the vehicle but I could have easily waited for it. They got right to it and had the tire fixed in about and hour. Once again great service from the team at ABS. This was my first time at ABS, they did a 4 wheel alignment on one of my vehicles. They were very easy to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy, everyone I interacted with was very professional. They gave me a very detailed report of the alignment, explained everything very well and the car is handling very well. ABS is now on #1 on my list of go to businesses for service of my vehicles. It has been 8 months since the above service was done at ABS. Nothing has changed, they are still great. I took the same vehicle back for a couple of problems we were having with it. They did an awesome inspection of the vehicle and give you a very thorough and professional report. After I received the report, I called ABS with some additional questions. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the issues they found. The emailed and very detailed estimate I received is very nice. You can select work you wish to have them perform, sign the estimate and they get started on the work. They were able to get the items I needed done in a timely and very professional manner. The vehicle is running great and the noise I had them diagnose and fix is gone. I'll be back to ABS for other items I need taken care of in the future. It's nice to find a place you can trust to do business with. Update 1/8/2025 Had another issue with the vehicle that ABS has previously serviced. They did an awesome job of ordering the part but Honda sent them wrong part. They re-ordered the correct part and have it in for installation tomorrow. I have no doubt that the installation will again be an outstanding job done by ABS and I will be scheduling additional service for another of our vehicles with them. They are very professional, communicate with you throughout their service, give you a fair price for the work being done and in general are a great group of people. It's nice to have found a place that I can trust to take my cars.

I made an appointment for safety inspection. I was greeted by the staff with very friendly atmosphere. Service was great. I may start going to this shop for the maintenance of my car .

I've always been happy with the outstanding service at ABS. They service four cars for us and most recently replaced the starter in my 2006 Jeep Wrangler — in fact, I had it towed to ABS at noon on Inauguration Day and they had it fixed by 4pm, talk about Making Service Great Again!

Very thorough and efficient. And friendly. I received a link clearly detailing the results of the multi-point inspection of my Subaru Forester, complete with pictures. Service was fast. This was my first experience with ABS. I plan on returning to them for future service, and I’d recommend the same to others.

We had an error light come on, and even without an appointment they help deal with the issue quickly, correctly, and had be back on the road in time to make a vital medical appointment. Not to much to say they were life savers.

Taken both of our vehicles in and always have a great results , they really do work with you and show you physically and by taking pictures on what needs to get done on the car . I also do appreciate that they send me text messages of estimates and I can text the shop if I’m running late or if I’m needing to reschedule, also that they offer a ride if your vehicle takes long. Great communication , great service , great family owned business.

This is my second time taking my car here. First time I got a starter replacement and this time I had to change all of my rotors and brakes. ABS has great communication and a very easy to view payment system that explains everything. They also have AFFIRM which allows you to do a payment plan with no interest, which is wonderful. Employees are very kind and welcoming and always happy to answer questions.

I had general maintenance work done by ABS after receiving their advertisement in the mail. I was on the lookout for a reliable mechanic after experiencing frustration with the dealership, so their mailer came at a perfect time. Let me start with the excellent and personable customer service. Meeting them for the first time instantly felt as though I was among family. I realized this personalized customer service is what I had been missing. Moving on to the maintenance, they checked my car from bumper to bumper (it was needed) and the repairs they suggested were backed with data and photos. I felt confident about approving. They got the work done on the same day and even waited for me while I was running late to pick iup my car. Prices are extremely fair, especially when compared to the dealership. And I’ve not had to return my car to them for rework! I highly recommend this Fairfax small business and I encourage you to support them. Say hi to Christy for me when you get there!
