I had an oil pan replacement and rod bearings service completed here for my 09 M3. Bottom line, Ben runs a very busy shop so I am grateful for his responsiveness and quality of work. He is transparent, patient with all my questions, and very knowledgeable. He gave me a GREAT deal on parts/labor, super flexible with my schedule, and ensured he took care of extra things “while we were there” during the services. Glad I found his shop, very happy customer here.

Ben is great. My Audi A6 had two check engine warnings. Audi dealership asked for $7000, but he fixed with one part for $200. He is like a magician mechanic! I took my BMW there too. They are great with German cars. Definitely recommend.

Answered two of my questions, then he asked me a follow up question. I responded and never got any answer again. Gave him the benefit of assuming he’s busy. Followed up again and no response. Followed up again the following week and no response. I was wanting to take my car from the dealer to him but glad I didn’t because who knows when I would’ve gotten a response when I was checking on my vehicle. Hoping for some luck in finding another BMW mechanic locally. Thanks Ben!

2.5 month overdue review for Above and Beyond Euroworks. Picked up a new to me e92 M3 and needed a shop for routine maintenance and the infamous s65 rod bearings. I messaged them through FB messenger for what I was looking at getting done and when I received the quote…it was full steam ahead. Ben took great care of the car and kept me up to date with the progress. They may not be the fastest, but the service he provides is quality. HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your BMW needs!!!

After attempting to repair my car on my own and messing it up royally, I called Ben and asked him for a quote to repair my mess. He was very professional, provided a reasonable quote for the service, and ultimately repaired my Jetta. I highly recommend this business for all repair of European vehicles!

Bavarian garage tried to take my eyeballs out for a Audi S4 DSG service and brake pads/disc fitting (over $800 for fitting my own discs/pads). Ben did a great job for a much better price. He asked for a 1 star but he’s getting 5, highly recommended - I’ve found my go-to German shop in San Antonio

Honestly, I didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want everyone coming here. I brought in my e46 M3 in for an alignment and oil change. The owner is honest, fair, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on all of the BMW ///M series platforms. He went above and beyond to answer and explain how we could tackle all of the projects I’ve been trying to complete, including rust removal from the car being in Germany during the winter. Highly recommend!!

To start off this place is not where it used to be took me a minute to figure out how to get out there that was worth it. I worked with Ben a while back on my car and he always does a great job! Friendly service, always a straight shooter. And reasonable prices, which is more than can be said for most European car shops. Definitely worth taking here to get work done! Highly recommended!

Update: May 2023 I have been back multiple times since my first experience, and I couldn’t recommend this shop more. The owner is genuinely a good guy who cares about people. I’m grateful people like him exist in the car service industry. Bring your German vehicle here! ——— The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Great pricing. The only reason I am knocking stars is because of timeliness and communication difficulties. If you’re not in a hurry and can leave your vehicle here, I think it’s a great place to get work done, and I plan to go back again.

New to the area and needed a home shop to do repairs on my 335i. Ran across this shop online and read nothing but good reviews. So it was a no brainer to leave it up to Ben to replace my water pump. Was done at a great price and fast turn around. Will definitely be back for future repairs!

After a bit of online searching I took my 335i over to Ben’s for an oil leak I’d been having for awhile. They ended up doing an OFHG and walnut blast instead of the valve cover I had originally thought was the culprit. I got a great price and they were able to do it all the same day because the car was my daily. There’s still a lot I have to do to the car, but it’s safe to say I know where I’ll be taking it from now on. Thanks again!

I highly recommend the shop. I was searching for a reliable shop to work on my 335is after a minor accident. Laz and Ben worked with my insurance provider and handled the repairs while I was out of state for work. They are very knowledgeable and capable. They were transparent and worked with me through the process even though I was somewhat demanding. The end result was good with the car driving, accelerating, and braking straight and true. I'll definitely return for my future routine maintenance and upgrades.
