I was stuck on the side of the highway off 35 Downtown Dallas at 2 am with a total loss of power from dead alternator and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, impatient and lack knowledge to get my location for pickup. She became so frustrated that she couldn’t figure out where I was located for pickup and said, “I’m sorry I can’t help you”. And hung up. TERRIBLE SERVICE

The tow truck driver showed up an hour and a half later after saying he was 20 minutes away, with another car in tow after he said he was going to the store …. Then he tells me he can’t tow my car coz he didn’t know I needed a tow… oh they also run under dtown towing… I called the customer service representative to schedule another tow and she is yelling at me because she didn’t want to take my credit card she wanted cash … I was just astonished because she kept yelling at me and at the same time telling me she was trying to work with me … like okay lady your being rude …but I guess I wasn’t paying as much as the cars they were towing in downtown … I just wish they didn’t have me waiting for so long , then later just be blatantly rude luckily I found Dallas tow truck towing who actually showed up on time and had me home in less than 30 minutes….. I really I’m cautious now when I see all good reviews and not one bad one especially when they are two or three years old …

Got a flat tire and called the nearest tow company. They answered quickly and was very professional Anthony was there within 10-20 mins and towed me to the tire shop. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable and he was so funny. Shout out to them I would totally recommend this tow company! Thank y’all!

Car broke down on 35 south last night. Was picked up and brought home in less then 30 mins. Omar, the man that towed my truck also brought me my wallet the next day to my house after i guess it fell from my pocket. extremely grateful.

Plain and simple, car broke down on 75 north under the lemmon Avenue bridge. Omar came and picked me up got me back to Cedar Hill within 30 min. Fast simple service 👍

Terrible. Called and asked for a tow. They told me it might be an hour or more but they would give me a call back. I said okay and asked if it were possible to have the driver pick up the key from me at a different location nearby. I was told no and that I should just leave my key in the vehicle. I told her that the car was in a sketchy neighborhood and that I'd rather not leave the key in the car. "If you are comfortable leaving your car there, then what's the difference if the key is in it?" Just, WOW. I stupidly went ahead with it anyway. Waited an hour and hadn't even received a call with a status update. Called back and the same lady asked me how I'm paying. She had already asked this during the first call! I told her I would pay with a card and she rudely says "well, the name of your ID needs to match the card!" I had never said anything to imply it was not my own card I was paying with -- I told her they match and she says "well okay but it will be at least an hour and a half before my next driver is available." I told her I have already been waiting in my hot car for over an hour and she says "oh wait! I might actually have another driver that could show up any minute. I'll give you a call back!" I said okay great I really appreciate it, talk soon. I wait another 40 minutes and don't receive a call. I then decide that I'm tired of waiting in the heat and find out that I can leave my car in the parking lot overnight. I call back to tell them to cancel the tow and that I'll do it tomorrow. Someone else picked up and had none of my information on file and did not know I was even waiting!! I never received a call back from the other lady, either. Ruined my entire day and had me waiting in the heat for no reason. Horrible, horrible experience. I wanted to cry.

After we waited an hour for the tow truck, we were greeted by the tow truck with windows down and extremely profane music blaring out of the speakers. My wife and I got into the truck to head to our house and I turned down the music while we waited for him to finish getting our car. When the driver got in, he proceeded to turn up and sing the very profane music for the rest of our twenty minute ride home. The driver was nice and they did tow our car without scratching it, but the lack of respect for the passengers through the music was a big negative for me. That's why I give them 2 stars. Also, this company and Dallas Discount Towing is the same company if that matters to you.

Omar arrived in 5 minutes, when the dispatcher said he would arrive in twenty. He was very helpful in loading my vehicle onto the tow-truck, and Omar got me and my vehicle to the Dealership fast. I would recommend doing business with this establishment. A+++++ Service
