I made an appointment to come in talk to a woman on the phone. She told me to come in between eight and 9 o’clock before they get busy. I showed up at 7:45. Someone showed up around 815 opened up the gate. I pulled in obviously did not know when he comes in. He needs to move vehicles around. He was backing up a boat with his 97 suburban. I yelled out that I can move instead he started yelling and screaming at me, every name in the book which doesn’t bother me a pilot have my CDL and motorcycle endorsement. I’m 65 years old. This guy yelled at me the whole time I was there obviously has issues you read. The other reviews. Recommendation is be careful when you go in there the woman I talk to I don’t know who she was, but she was kind patient and seemed like a really good person. This man obviously must be struggling in his business just read his reviews. If he cares enough to read his reviews I will certainly give him a second chance. I’ve certainly made the same mistakes that he’s made worse, if he reaches out to me, I will let him know. I found a bumper for his wrecked suburban on Amazon for $119

Bought a truck from them which quit not even two weeks after purchasing. I was told it was the throttle body took back to have fixed not even a week later transmission gave out. Ended up having to take to another shop to have repaired after getting the complete run around for several months. If you’re a single parents looking for a reliable vehicle I caution you not to buy any of their faulty vehicles. Found out later after purchasing that they have a history of doing this. And after you confront them their attitudes change and they get real down right nasty. Run the other way 💁🏾‍♀️

I had an excellent experience with ABC Transmission. The owners were friendly, patient with me and honest. I highly recommend them. Hope I don't need Transmission service again but if I do I will do business with these great folks. Thanks again.

I should have read the reviews before I even went into this place. The lady was very nice, kind and professional. Whoever that man was at the desk was rude and unprofessional, the way he talked to her Infront of a customer (me), was very cringe worthy and sad. I'm glad they couldn't do anything with my car I will not be taking it back to look at. I honestly wouldn't suggest anybody to this place.

This is a very honest review on why you should not use this guy. We were told not to use him by other locals because nobody trusts him. He told us 3k initially. They called to say they were finished and it would be $3,600. We said “that’s not what he quoted. What’s the best y’all can do for cash?” They said $3,500. We got it back, and the transmission still wasn’t fixed! They told us 3 days and they had it for about 9 days. Then, we called to tell them, the guy responded “well I’m here!” And hung up on me. Took it in, saying we weren’t in a huge hurry to get it back, but just within a week would be nice. 9 days later, WE CALLED THEM to find out it was done. They didn’t call us. Got the truck back, it’s running bc correctly, just this ticking noise when accelerating that absolutely was not there before. Today is 1 day after I got it back. I noticed some paint damage last night then today, I noticed a dent on my bumper! Brand new bumper btw. Put it on right before taking it into their shop. Probably won’t call them about it since I know they will argue with me. There’s other people in Lawton that can fix your transmission without an absolute headache. We think they tried to fix it initially without using new parts. The owners wife is nice, but if he is behind the counter when you walk in, he won’t even acknowledge you’re there to say thank you for your business. So, go there at your own risk. I gave them 2 stars since they could fix the transmission. Just don’t go there. He doesn’t deserve the business.

Took my s-10 here told them I wanted shift solenoids 1-2 changed this was on a Tuesday Friday they are calling and saying you need a rebuild I said ok don’t touch I’ll be by to get it then they inform me oh we’re closing now it will be Monday before you can get it charged me $150 we pick it up and after I told them Friday not to tuch it they dropped the pan and only put 4 bolts in the pan and left the rest in the bed so do not use DO NOT USE

The owner was honest with me that he was unable to service my car. He gave me a good reference to get some troubleshooting done to narrow down the problem.

I have never been disappointed with the service!! They are fairly quick at getting vehicles done and reasonably priced. I love Deborah and she is so sweet and helpful. They help find away to accommodate the prices and the payments. Thanks ABC for being awesome! Thanks Michael for always fixing my car.
