ABA was recommended by my neighbor. They were fantastic! Kind, honest, personable! Did a fantastic job on my car! If you aren't using them, start using them now. Would recommend to everyone. They're phenomenal!

Hey if you visit ABA, you will notice they have a lot of cars in for service. This is because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and are HONEST people, and as a result, people take their cars there for service. I strongly endorse Bryan and his team, and i will use ABA again in the future!

Took my suv for check engine and gas gauge not working and low gas light on they said it was fixed was charged $1200.00 and the replaced the battery and fuel pump but the vehicle had the same issues then they told me the y needed to replace the main cluster for $550 more so I did some research replaced the gas cap and did a gas gauge reset after that took to dew and passed. Do not take your vehicle to this place !!!!!!!!

Very frustrated with my recent experience here. I have been a customer for two years and have spent thousands of dollars for repairs at this shop. I brought my car in Thursday for an oil change and mileage maintenance. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM, 30 minutes after opening. I didn’t hear back and decided to call at 1, but it went to voicemail. Finally at 3 (6.5 hours later) I got to speak to the owner and we agreed to do half the maintenance quoted for budget purposes. At this point my oil change had finally now been done. Since it was already so late I decided to leave it overnight, and was told it would be ready tomorrow morning (Friday). Friday I never once received a call. I had to arrange several rides to be able to get through the day without my car. I left a voicemail at 1 pm with no response. I tried calling again, no response. Finally at 4:50, 10 minutes before closing, my call finally got answered. While the oil change was done, the other maintenance still had not been completed. Considering we agreed on half, it shouldn’t have taken longer than an hour or two to complete. They let me know I could keep my car there over the weekend and that they would finish it Monday morning. That would now be almost five days without my car for a very simple service. I understand busy times and the stress of being a small business, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. A simple phone call to explain the situation or to suggest I come back at a better time would have sufficed. Instead I was left in the dark and with very little time to prepare alternatives to my transportation.

We moved to Oregon 18 months ago. One thing I wanted to find was a honest and trusting mechanic. I found it with ABA auto repair. I have been twice so far and both times they were very helpful, thorough, and was not trying to add services I didn't need.

Quickly got my vehicle into the shop on the same day. The front desk attendant was attentive and amiable, while the mechanic was diligent and knowledgeable. Outstanding service. Comfortable seating in the waiting area, as well as complementary snacks.

I had several routine services done at ABA, and they did a fantastic job at a fair price. There weren't any residual oil or coolant drips after service, which shows pride in their work.

Terrible experience at ABA Auto Repair. I was told (on the phone before I drop my car) they can change my car's brake pads today. So, I dropped off my car at 11:50 AM. I told them I will need my car by 4:00 PM. After a confirmation call that my car needs new brake pads, I arrived (at 4:00 pm) to find absolutely no work had been done (No one apologize for this). I had to Uber to work for nothing and still need my brakes fixed. Complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anyone who values their time.

My engine broke, went to multiple repair shops and they all gave me a price between 5000 and 7000 dollars. Came here and the guy, who I think is the owner(?) looked up if I could get it fixed under warranty at the dealership. Thanks to him I didn't have to spend a penny on fixing my car. Very honest and thoughtful person. Thank you so much.

We were driving home from Seaside, OR and our vehicle started making crazy grinding noises so we got a hotel and looked for a repair shop in the morning. We were lucky to find the best shop near Portland, they were so helpful explaining what they found and fixed two things and we're able to get back on the road and get home safely. They also provided a list of things that weren't such a priority so we know to save up for those repairs too.

ABA and Brian are solid and fair. I've been going to them for years and never had an up-sell for unnecessary work and he's even talked me out of doing a brake job that another shop said was "necessary". A couple of years later when I needed brakes, this is where I brought my car.

Really nice and genuine, best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with this mechanic the last few years, definitely worth my dollar compared to anyone else and is usually cheaper but even when not it’s by dollars and the service way outways elsewhere so it just feels like giving them the tip they deserve.

There are not many people today that you can really trust to have your interest looked after. I have been going to ABA for about eight years now and to have peace of mind is an understatement! I have sat and waited for my car and have seen the way they care for the customer in unexpected ways ie., discounts instead of mark ups, concern instead of conveyer operations as well as without know Brian for long he gave me a lead for a free rental car for a day while he worked on my car and several other things I am beyond grateful for!
