I left my car to get a diagnosis and left personal belongings inside. My Windows are completely tinted so you can't see inside. Well guess what happened.. it was broken into and I was robbed. There were several cars parked outside and ONLY mine was broken into. When I made a police report.. the guys inside said ONLY camera worked but there were 2 working cameras and it only got the car when it was leaving. My car has an alarm so How did they take the terminal off of the battery so quick & easily ? When I asked the manager for help he quickly became defensive and pointed to a sign that says he isn't responsible. I did Not deserve for this to happen to me 😭💔

Ever since I took my car here- for an AC repair, all these other problems came up! So yes, they did fix the AC. But literally a day later, my cars light gauges came on and my car stalled at a stoplight! Anyone else?

First I would like to thank Andela, she was one of the most delightful women I have dealt with in customer service in a long time. She was extremely helpful with dealing with my warranty company and ensured they did not cut any corners to “put a bandaid on it”. Great experience coming here, was so last second to get our oil change and I didn't know I could get in. Or if they could get it done, they admitted being busy. But they fitted me in and and was finished quickly.

I took my vehicle to this AAMCO because of proximity, I paid $2,300 over two visits to have my motor mounts replaced and apparently they simply did not do that job. As soon as I put my vehicle into reverse the vehicle started shaking, which I was told by another garage was because the rear motor mount is (currently, after payment for the "service" the second time even though I'm told they should have done this the first time, which they did not, I wonder why... Obviously to get me coming back because they're a den of thieves) cracked and loose, the very service for which I solicited these unscrupulous frauds. Do not for any reason bring your vehicle to this place. The front desk lady was nice enough, but obviously their mechanics are either scammers or just plain bad at their job, which has no defense based on the evidence, period. And I'm sure no refund will be given even though the job I paid for was wholly incomplete or botched. Pay more for better service, leave these rats to their refuse.
