The transmission in my 7 year old pick-up suddenly failed. I called around and couldn’t get service, or even a return call from the 3 dealerships and 2 repair shops I called. When I called AAMCO Amy answered. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and I received service within hours of when I called. I needed a new transmission which was taken care of in 3 days, not 3 weeks! I can’t speak highly enough of Amy and the team and would recommend them to anyone!

Amy at the front desk was so nice and understanding of my situation. I was so stressed having my car die in the middle of the road, but she was super helpful and took me step by step through the process. Great communication from them. They found the issue and we're able to give me a good price. I will be returning to them in the future.

This was my first trip to this establishment. The lady I spoke with was very kind and answered all my questions. The tech who serviced my car reset the oil change notification without my having to ask, which i appreciated a lot! I will be coming back here for future services.

Amy and Jeff have been wonderful. I know absolutely nothing about cars or engines or anything like that but when calling any to find out what to do Amy guided me through what to do and when it came to talking about what was wrong and how to pay Jeff helped me through the application process and my car was done the same day!! The staff was excellent. I had an issue with my transmission that required a full replacement. Aamco went through the warranty process to have my transmission replaced. The warranty company covered the total cost of the part plus labor. I only had a couple items to pay for myself. They were quick with the repairs and communicated often when there was an update to the vehicle. This was my first time ever going to Aamco and it was great.

Terrible service just trying to call about their services. I get a please hold, then wait for a while, then comes back on the phone. Alleges she can't hear me and hangs up with seconds of trying.

Been coming here for years. Front desk is run by a dynamo of spunk and knowledge. She is on top of everything there. Love her. The mechanics have always been honest and thorough. They made a .mistake once and promptly made it right. I am their loyal 2 car customer for life. .

Amy did a great job from start to finish. The tow truck driver was quick and courteous. Mechanics replaced my trans in just a day and so far it runs smoother than it has in quite a while, so they do a great job as well.

Having worked on cars professionally and as an at home mechanic for years, (currently lacking my own facilities) I recently moved to the area and needed a shop. After many calls to other shops, I found this one. I gave them a chance and I have not been disappointed! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, competent, and flexible! They have earned my business and trust. I have had to use them more than once and they got a review! Once again they go above and beyond! Efficient, honest, and communicative!
