they clearly explain everything and provide it at a great price. the estimate leaves no doubt in your mind about what's wrong, instilling trustworthiness. hopefully I won't have to come back anytime soon but if I have transmission problems I know where to go thank you!

Dear Owner(s), This was my First time at your establishment on 6508 Escondido Dr El Paso, TX 79912 and Mr.Ty “ assisted “ me. Although picking up my vehicle in the same condition I left it in… My vehicle spent 11 days at your establishment; a total of $50 minimum a day for Ubers (w/o reimbursements FYI)… I called your corporate office in regards to Mr.Ty (please listen to the corporate call w/the representative and I on 11/26/24) and I decided to give AAMCO a second because one bad apple does Not ruin the bunch; I say throw that one bad apple away… It’s not about how it started, it’s about how it finishes… THANK YOU!!!! IRA, OMAR & JUAN for restoring my faith in humanity in the car industry. These individuals are the BACKBONE of your establishment, they went above and beyond to rectify the mistakes caused by their fellow colleague (Mr.Ty). PLEASE GIVE IRA, OMAR & JUAN THE COMPENSATION THEY DESERVE !!!! YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A LUCRATIVE ESTABLISHMENT IF IT WASN’T FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE IRA, OMAR & JUAN. Blessings.

Crooks aamco does not honor their Great Warranty. They make up excuses and will stiff you. According to the invoice from o'reilly's, aamco paid $35 for a cheap rebuilt part and jacked it up to $200 to me? O'reilly's legal department is investigating the part that you say you installed on my car that caused all the damage. MP 1243 has not been stocked for years at any O'reillys. You lied. A google search will prove it. NO Master Pro CV axle or MP CV axle products are or have been available at O'reilly's for years. I have a review at the O"reilly's Mesa St store that explains AAmco's lie.

First repair lasted a couple days and needed adjustment. When I got the chance to take it back it sit there for nearly a week untouched so I just picked it up. The people are nice it just took too long for them to get to the adjustment from the previous repair.

I like to take my hats off to Ira and the rest of the Staff and very importantly to the Mechanics. They installed me a rebuilt transmission into my 2012 Kia Sportage and they did a great job. I drove my car to Massachusetts and back from El Paso. I stayed in Mass for two weeks visiting the New England States. I didn’t have any problem. The car ran smooth and gears changed smoothly. Aamco did a great job and Ira is very knowledgeable and assisted me and very truthful about the whole process

Absolutely amazing Ira is an amazing woman. I am driving from tx to Oregon my transmission went out in El Paso 1700 miles from home so the tow truck brought me here to Aamco. Ira has gone above and beyond just a normal Business lady and took it Upon herself to personally help me get everything taken care of I truly truly appreciate everything she has done for me. I took my car to AAMCO to have my A/C checked because it was blowing hot air and I wasn't sure if the compressor had gone bad. AAMCO performed a free diagnostic check and then called me to tell me they had discovered a small leak. The problem was repaired and I was satisfied with the outcome, plus the work came with a 12-month guarantee. Ira, the customer service manager, was very helpful and answered all my questions. I'm glad I found a reliable shop where I can take my cars for repairs.

I took my car to this aamco because I had a transmission leak and they said they can fix it, they told me it was the transmission pan so they replaced the gasket along with the filter and it cost me close to 500 dollars, so i took the car home and the next morning all the transmission fluid leaked out so I took the car back and then they told me it was the gasket that was where the speedometer plugs in and the transmission dip stick goes in as well and they advised me that it will cost another 478 dollars to fix, first they said they had to drop the transmission and I told them no way you don't need to drop the transmission because I saw where it was and once the car was lifted all you have to do was just unplug it and replaced the part both of them, then they told me it was because of the labor and the car will be up on the lift for about two hours that is why it will cost that much, so the next day I went to another ase mechanic and I was advise that they can do it for 139.00 out the door. these people are suppose to professional they said they will be able to see where the leak is and they failed to see where the leak is, I was going to have them fix the oil leak but how can i trust them they will say we fix the leak then the leak will still be there so I will have to come back and spend more money I think this is a scam , I will never go back to aamco and if you think of going there please get a second opinion you might get it cheaper at a certify mechanic. edit: 06.25.2024 all you did was change was the filter and gasket and the transmission mount you did not find the leak it was actually worse after I got the car back from you, you were going charge me another 400 hundred dollars to do something minor when someone else did for less and if that did not stop the leak you would told me that you would have to rebuild my trans and charge me even more money you are a rip off or you don't know what you are doing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOOK NO FURTHER This place is the best place in El Paso. Let's start with the manager/receptionist. She is so kind, helpful, professional, and warm welcoming. Her people skills and customer service skills are amazing. I believe that because of the service they give, it stays pretty busy here. But the wait is worth the work you pay for. They are honest people. I would rather spend my time and money here than anywhere else. Please, if you go, be patient and plan to leave your vehicle (depending on the job) or second transportation because it could take a day or two. Furthermore, I watched the receptionist return and receive calls so professionally. I have dealt with places that don't return your phone call or worse; are rude or dont answer the phone at all. This place is 5 stars. Great location as well, it's next door to a Gas station if you need a little snack. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just want to say how happy I am with the great work Mrs.Ira and her team perform in my 1953 ford classic ,they rebuilt the whole engine for me in a very timely matter ,it’s was a work on process she was always attentive for anything that needed attention to complete the job.Thanks Aamco
