My auto battery was replaced at this shop after the AAA battery service guy refused to do so at breakdown site. He had a van FULL of new batts. Why not do it on site? The battery was only 2 yr old - well within the 3 yr full replacement warranty. I was forced to go to this AAA shop and wait 3 1/2 hours for replacement. When I left I attempted to use the windshield washer pump as I had done that morning it was not working at all. I called the "service advisor" and he would have to charge me $170.00 for a diagnostic. I asked to speak with the mgr., but he was on Christmas vacation. Finally, after after a two week delay, the pump was replaced at no charge. Worst AAA experience as a member in fifteen years.

First time customer and I am very satisfied with the work, the customer service and the expediency of my vehicle. Tom was the first point of contact and the last one as well. My vehicle is over 24 years old and has over 250k miles. Tom told me they would perform a diagnostic check and found the issues with my truck. Upon the diagnosis, we reviewed it, I approved it and Tom and his staff ran with it and repaired it all! That's service! Tom is professional and a leader at AAA Tucson Speedway! The service was great. They got me to and from quickly and professionally but at the end of the day, after diagnostic fees, I paid $410 for them to replace my battery. This is unacceptable and I won't be returning to this shop.

I spent nearly 3 hours there for an oil change for which I had an appointment, so you are probably wondering why I gave them 5 stars. They had an issue with their system specifying an incorrect oil filter for my car, and it took them quite awhile to figure it out and have the proper filter brought out. Because of my very long wait they didn't charge me anything for my synthetic oil change. That is customer service, and I will definitely go back.

Made an appointment to have my car thoroughly checked before a long trip. The waiting area is clean and inviting..the service manager Shawn and advisor Tom went out of their way to accommodate me and were both quite knowledgeable. I was happy to find out that if they found an issue, they provide a shuttle service. Lucky for me I only needed a tire rotation and balance and change out of my washer fluid with the antifreeze type..1 hour later I was on my way ..so happy with the entire experience!

Scheduling was easy and I received the desired appointment. Upon arrival, the paperwork was set up quickly and the car was on the lift in less than 10 minutes. Everyone in the office was welcoming, friendly and engaged. My advisor, Nic, was hands-on, explaining the technician's findings and go9t me out the door and into my car in no time. AAA tow ins have priority over scheduled customers That's their excuse? I made an appointment a week in advance. Three days later and my car hasn't been in the shop yet! Too bad there aren't zero stars.

Solid experience. Nothing to really complain about. Also nothing to praise. Maybe I'll have more feedback if I actually have a repair. So far I've just been going here for routine maintenance.

These guys were great. Even thought they didn’t have a Diesel Mechanic on staff, they helped me find someone who could lend me a hand. I watched them in the office and all the staff was pleasant, friendly and found the answers for a whole lot of desperate people . If I had another vehicle Definately go to them.

We made an appointment for 8 a.m. on Friday June 21st. We drove our Audi in from Sierra Vista, Arizona to Tucson, Arizona, which is approximately 1 1/2 hours as they have a Audi certified mechanic on staff. We verified our appointment was first of the day being at 8 a.m. We went shopping on foot and returned an hour and a half later to find our car still sitting in the parking lot. Tom at the counter explained he requested that the mechanic take our car in first twice but was denied. This was our fourth time there and our last!!!!!! Not how you do business......

I am a AAA member, and I called the shop to get an honest quote for what it would cost to do an engine replacement, and the guy wanted to bounce around with a 2018 Toyota Camry 12 grand, which my car is a base model civic, not at all the same car, and then he wanted to say I’m replacing a jaguar engine for 35 grand. And I’m like dude my car is an old civic, you’re using comparatives that are not at all comparable. Camry is Toyota luxury cars, besides the Lexus, and a jaguar and a civic couldn’t be any further apart. So I’ll be sure to call AAA to let them know the awful customer service I experienced and if you value your money/time don’t bother with this place. Unless you like being treated like a fool.

Once again they have screwed me over. The lady at the front quite literally has no idea what she's doing. I LITERALLY heard her say this too. I called about a week ago to make an appointment to get my oil pan replaced. I was told it would take a few hours. I had an event that day so that was fine. I told her that I could not arrive at the shop until 11am to 11:30 am and she said okay we'll make the appointment for 10am but you don't have to show up at that time. I showed up about 11:40 and she said "oh well he can't do it now he's busy you're almost two hours late to your appointment" when I literally told her I wasn't going to be there at 10am. If I had left my car with them i wouldn’t have been able to pick it up until the next day. If she had nothing available at 11 or 12 that's fine but tell me that. Don't make me an appointment knowing I won't be able to make it at the scheduled time. The marana shop would NEVER have done this. The speedway shop is always disappointing and unorganized. I thought maybe this time would be fine for just a simple service but no they still can't get it together. Not to mention that when I pulled up to the shop there was an employee trying to back a customers car into a spot. I’m not sure if this man had never backed a car up in his life or what but it got the point where he should’ve just pulled into the spot normally. It took him at least 3 tries to back it into a spot that was practically right behind him. I would not trust leaving my car with these people without having a very close eye on them based on how I’ve been treated and what I’ve seen and heard from the employees. At this point this place needs an audit or something.

This place rocks. I was visiting Tucson from Phoenix for work and my car was making funny noises the whole ride there. I was worried about driving it home, and called this shop to see if they had availability but they were full for the day. After hearing my situation though and knowing I needed to get my car looked at ASAP they were kind enough to squeeze me in to make sure my car would make it home safe. They took great care of me, shout out specifically to Shawn and Beth those two were fantastic. I’m for sure taking my car to AAA from now on, finding a good trustworthy shop is so valuable these days.
