Mike is the man. He got me in when I needed a tire repair first thing in the morning amidst a busy week. Had great jokes and laughs at 7:30 in the morning and walked out in 30 minutes with a patched tire and a lighter heart. Thanks Mike!

I always come here for my car needs and all the staff are wonderful. They all are very detailed in explaining stuff to me and as s female I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. Ive dealt with Asst mgr Mike in the past. Very informative. But my recent visit involved Mgr David, Bryan cashier/tech and Mike an automotive technician that worked on my car. They all went over and beyond. What was suppose to be an oil change turned into an alignment, 4 new tires and wheel bearing being fixed. I cant thank Mike the technician enough because he was already working on another car and he could have just sent me on my way without letting me know there were issues. David, Bryan and Mike the tech were very informative, patient, honest. Because deep down i knew i had problems i just didn't want to admit it. They made sure I drove off the lot safely. Def will be back here for my car needs. Ive bern coming there since 2019.

Terrible service from these guys! At fist the customer service was great, but when they took my car back to check it out all of that changed. The mechanic with the glasses was extremely rude and tried to sell me a $300 battery that my car did not need. They gave me a false diagnosis saying that one of the terminals in my battery was bad and that I would have replace it in order for them to work on anything else on the car. I ended up taking is to Midas and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery itself and they were able to check the rest of the car with no problem. The batter was just drained from me leaving a light on and it just needed a boost. Showed me proof of this as well. And he also informed me that this triple A location has a history of scamming people and selling them products they don’t need. I’m also a triple A member which make this worse.

I visited today and was told that the screw in my tire was un fixable because the angle it was at, and that there was an active leak. I had just picked the screw at Home Depot up the street and didn’t take time to see if the tire was leaking or not (my fault) but I could see the screw had gone straight in through a thick block of tread before we drove off. You were close by so that’s why I stopped by, but you all refused to look at the tire. I was told the screw was in at a steep angle (it wasn’t). At this point I left because I wasn’t going to just replace a brand new tire (800 miles on them) and left to go to a different shop. The other shop told me that the screw didn’t penetrate through the entire tire but it did hit the belts so they did repair it. In fact I should probably give you 5 stars because you didn’t want my business and I went to a shop that did (discount tire).

On 2024.04.25 (thursday) I had my car completely detailed, inside and outside. O 2024.04.26 (friday) I took the same car to AAA Bob Sumerel Tire & Service to have my brakes checked. The next day (saturday) I noticed all of the contents of the glove compartment were in the front seat. When I opened the glove compartment the panel covering the cabin filter was backwards. Add to that the fact that there were dirty finger prints and all over my front door inner panels and glove compartment door. I went back to AAA and demanded to speak with the technician that had worked on my car. Fortunately he was not working that day. I was informed that he would be in Monday (today). I said that I would come back Monday. The manager offered to fix the cabinet filter door but I was too angry and just wanted to speak with the technician. I will never go back to that place because it will not end well. I wish I could leave 0 stars!!!

Stopped there a few months ago for a simple tire plug due to a nail. They said their guy was putting tires on a car and I would have to wait about an hour. I asked if I could go run an errand and come back in an hour and they said OK. I come back, right at an hour and the guy at the desk laughs and says the guy is on another job now and that I'm "back at the end of the line" and would have to wait. I drove over to the auto parts store, bought a plug kit and had that thing fixed in less than 2 minutes. What kind of place would make you wait hours for such a quick job plus think it's funny? All of their locations are not like this. I've done business with other locations for decades and have always been satisfied.

Great customer service! I needed new tires and an oil change, was done in an instant. My van now feels absolutely amazing on the road. Feels like we're floating. I will be a returning customer! Always nice to know that there's an auto shop that's for their customers and not just money. Greatly appreciated.

Had my car from Oct to Dec 2023. For 1 simple thing which lead to more issues.. And they blamed me on stuff, that I didn’t do. Take your car to a DEALERSHIP you might come out of this shop paying between $4,000- $8,000 on car work here. Here we are Feb 2024 and my car broke tf down AGAIN , smoking on the highway, oil shooting out of everywhere… I’m even a AAA member… I won’t ever come here again if it was the last shop in the WORLD! DON’T COME HERE.

I had a 2pm appointment with them today to come in and get 2 new tires put on. A rotation, alignment and the new tires balanced. Here it is 3:30 and they still only have the front tires off and I have asked them how much longer it will be and all they can say is they are working on it. They have 3 mechanics that I can see. If you have someone scheduled for a big job like me you should have more than one mechanic working on it and maybe he shouldn’t be the one hanging out upfront with other clients just talking before he gets started on my car!!

I had an emergency tire issue the day before driving to Lake Michigan. The desk person was amazing and helpful and so kind. The team gave me options and worked with me and it turned an incredibly stressful experience into a mild inconvenience with the bonus of sharing laughs with good people.

I had car trouble early in the morning before hours and ended up pulling into AAA on accident. I then saw that someone got to work and just thought I would ask for help even though they weren’t open yet. David was so kind and came to help me and didn’t ask for anything in return. Terrible experience, initial costumer service was friendly however they tried to pull a scam on me. I took my vehicle for a tire repair since it had a puncture. After 2 hours I was informed the new puncture was too close to an older puncture and could not be repaired. They quoted close to 500 to replace the tire! To many red flags, the price, the excuse and suggesting to replace a single tire on a 4x4 vehicle. I asked them to place the same tire back on, I took my truck to another shop the puncture was 12 inches away from any other one. This is sad, they are taking advantage of people’s desperation. If I had any urgent need or did not know better I would have paid for a crazy overpriced tire, and eventually it would have damaged my transfer case.

The worst experience I have had with any business as an adult. First, they replaced a battery that did not need replaced, I know this because I just had it checked days before the car got to the shop, but after speaking to workers I was convinced maybe it needed to be changed for them to discover what the actual issue was. When I finally went to pick up the car I asked what was the problem and they had no idea and just charged me 290 dollars to replace a battery that didn’t need replaced. When I told them, once again, the problem was not the battery and that if they didn’t do anything the problem would continue they had nothing to say and sure enough the car broke down again less than a mile away from the shop. In their singular act of competence they sent a crew (after quite some time) to get the car back to the shop. Once back in the shop they were not able to figure out anything. When I called about the car or progress I was told not to call them and that they would call me, which is outrageous considering how long my car was there without updates. Eventually, they called and suggested I replace my entire engine. Upon getting this information I decided to send my car elsewhere. So at this point I was without my car for over a week out nearly 300$ and no progress towards any solution. On top of that the workers in the shop were non remorseful and offered nothing for the inconvenience. The next place had it towed to fixed the car for nearly the same price as the battery and in only a day and a half. Do not go yo this shop unless you have time and money to waste.

Waited 5 to 6 hrs for trailer tire when on the phone said he could have it here in couple of hrs. Then after installation of new tire never checked why the other tire blew out. In less than 100 miles this new tire started coming apart they blamed my trailer when another tire store found I had cracked valve stem and tires were going flat is why I was having tire trouble on that wheel. Needless to say they don’t want to make it good for not checking there work. $310 wasted.

Associate refused to honor the coupon price that states 19.99 AAA Member basic oil change price; 29.99 non-member price. Told my wife, "No, that's the discount not the price". It's right on your website. I'll just take my business somewhere that actually wants it from now on. I'll also advise everyone that works with me down the street here to do the same since I had previously sent more than a handful of my co-workers to this location because the previous employees seemed to actually care about the customer and honoring coupons and stated pricing. Really poor customer service coupled with possible false advertisement.

Read these 1 star reviews before taking your car here! There is a common trend. AAA towed our car here. 3 or 4 days before they could even check it. Claimed we needed to buy a battery from them before they could do anything else… then said “sorry, we don’t know why it doesn’t start. Take it to the dealer.” I took it to Car X who right away saw the problem. Waste of many days to get this corrected.
