Went here for an Oil change and I have to say I was impressed. Staff was friendly and communication was excellent. No hassle, no extra charges just direct and straight to the point. Would go back.

I give AAA Collision 5+ stars. Junaid and his auto body repair people were professional, friendly, honest & skilled in repair work. One specialist said "I work on a car as if it were my car." I was extremely happy with the fantastic repair job on my Honda which was rear ended. Not only did AAA Collision Repair do the fantastic repair work but they buffed out a couple of scratches, washed, vacuumed and polished/waxed my car. A friend actually asked me if I bought a new car! Junaid took me to Enterprise Rental and made sure everything went smoothly. Junaid/AAA Collision Repair definitely takes care of their customers. I have recommended you to friends and will continue to recommend Junaid/AAA Collision Repair. Thank you for make my Honda look like new -- a job well done!!

I took my car in for diagnostics in September due to transmission issues and poor driving performance. A week later, I got my car back; they identified the problem but didn’t communicate it to me. They performed a transmission flush, replaced the gasket and filter, and charged me $650. I was informed that the actual issue was with the motor mounts, specifically that the rear mounts needed replacement and possibly the front ones. I approved this repair for $425. After another week, I called to follow up, and Vic informed me that the car was done, but he hadn’t replaced the rear mounts and didn’t communicate any of the issues. I picked up my car on Friday, 10/4, drove it to the gym once (the problem still persisted) and to work, and then started hearing strange noises. I went back on Monday, 10/7, since I had never experienced that noise before. Now, they’re telling me the wheel studs were loose, which caused damage to the wheel bearing. When I took Vic for a test drive, he even noted that my car wasn’t making that noise before. Yet, they expect me to pay for repairs resulting from their negligence. This has been a really disappointing experience, and don’t expect any communication if you bring your car in. Edit - Photos are of me having to get my car towed to another shop. Save yourself the trouble. Almost a week and never heard back from AMY (business owner) and followed up with 2 separate emails.

Very good place. Vic the store manager will take care of you. He explained the issue with my car and ways I can improve it. He is one of the more honest mechanics today.

On July 2023, our front tires needed to be changed, a lady of AAA Tully shop told us all was not in good conditions. I was voluntary to change all and requested Michelin tires brand for good. By the way we changed engine oil and filter as well. The bill was around $1,500. Following day, I went back to Tully shop for checking the noises of the front tires. On Sep 24, 2024 a mechanic was called for front tires noises again, who showed us the front left break was damaged very seriously it had gone to the dish already . We were told the brake in this bad situation took 4 years spending. Thus, we wondered did AAA mechanic see the break when they changed the 4 new tires for us???

I've been dealing with this quote on quote AAA approved mechanic for 4 months now and they can't seem to get a part without trying to screw me over which they already did. And so Mr Vic I believe he's the one with the copper grill. Anyway this guy just screwed me out of $400 and 4 months of waiting for a fuel filler neck that never was ordered... "either I pay for a used part he can't guarantee.. he can only guarantee the labor" EVEN IF I BUY A BRAND NEW PART without the gas tank still only guarantees the labor NOT THE PART... versus $4,000 for a brand new fuel filler neck w/ a gas tank... Which cost $4000 by itself... Who has $4,000?..

I paid them a little over $1,200 to fix my car with EVAP issues, and the check engine light came back a few days later. It's absolutely ridiculous. I went here thinking I would get an honest and affordable repair because they're tied to the AAA brand, but that unfortunately is not true. I genuinely wish I never went here and just went to the dealer. $1,200 in the trash, they scammed me. How is AAA working with these people?

“Great place, Friendly staff and Excellent service!” If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, AAA San Jose Tully Auto Repair Center is for you! I’m always happy with my service. They always get me in quickly. The staff does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. They give personalized service and they don't do any work that isn't necessary. I trust that they won't try and sell me something I don't need. Vic, the store manager, Ernie and Ron at the front desk are unfailingly reliable, prompt and fair; the Mechanics are dependable and efficient. I have been coming to AAA San Jose Tully Auto Repair Center just recently and plan to continue for my auto repair needs far into the future! Definitely the nicest auto shop I’ve ever been to. Would highly, highly recommend.

wow, excelent service. They recharged the AC, great job. Then, they checked the car from top to bottom for free and provided a detail report including pictures and many details. I also got a free ride home. I got AAA discount and cupon discount plus a gift. Thank you AAA guys!
