Your employees just ordered 4 tires on DoorDash. My daughter sat in the store for 20 minutes waiting on them to get the tires to her then had to load them into her car drive all the way to your establishment and no one not one of your employees could bother to help her unload them out of the car. No tip and guess how much she got paid for Loading and unloading 100 pounds of tires. $10. Let me spell that out for you TEN DOLLARS. Are you kidding? I will never do business with this company. That is really messed up. Go pick up your own. Dang tires. Send one of your stupid employees to go. Do it. Cheap broke company.

It took bringing the car in on three separate occasions for them to find out what was draining my battery - the fan relay. My issue is that I told them this was the problem all along, because every time my battery was jumped the fan came on right away. As a woman and someone over 60, they seemed to completely dismiss what I was telling them until they finally witnessed it themselves. I went through almost two months of inconvenience and having to have my car jumped many times. They also apparently have only one mechanic, because when he caught COVID, I had to wait till he was better to bring it back in. Do not recommend.

Stopped because the nuts holding my license plate were stuck and I needed help switching my plates on my new car. Trent greeted me warmly when I walked in and said he would he would he more than happy to help! Trent inspected the type of tools he would need and quickly grabbed a drill and within seconds had my old plate off! He then put my new plate on just as quick and within 5 minutes of arrival, my friend and i were on our way! Thank you so much for the fast and kind service! You made my day!

They always do quality work here, but the customer service in December '24 was the absolute pits. I never made eye contact with the associate that took my keys because he was hidden by two computer monitors the entire time. They did not give me a mileage sticker on my windshield, and they didn't even lock my car (I picked it up the next day). Extremely disappointed.

While I'm no mechanic myself there are a number of auto repairs I've been able to learn to do myself through various videos and blogs, but sometimes things come up that I don't care to do. I've had a slow oil leak for a long time and had recently replaced an oil pan on my other car, so learned I didn't want to do it again. In comes what I've found to be the most reliable and trustworthy shop in this area. While I opted not to do the work that was needed due to the age of the car, I appreciated the help the sales person, Steve, provided me. He was honest about what all needed done, and for that, this will continue to be the place I take my car for diagnostics or repairs that I'm not comfortable doing on my own. Thanks for the trust.

Steve is great at AAA. Mechanics always fix at very reasonable prices. I do ask around for other shop quotes to compare AAA.

used the app for a battery replacement at 6pm, of course received the run around from customer service. Finally, I get a text at 1130pm to say a driver is on his way. Once the driver showed up, he states he was just sitting around and hadn't received a call for a replacement so that's 5 hours of my life wasted. Then the driver insisted I pay in cash; no change was given, and the battery was $70 more than I was quoted. No receipt no nothing I'm sure the money was pocketed.

Timely, reasonable, and reliable. They do not try to upsell or slip unauthorized work and charges past customers. My new go to place for car maintenance and repair.

Went to get my oil changed a tire rotation. Left an noticed they did not do the tire rotation. I called back in they could have cared less. All he said was you want to come back in. I did the next day. No Im sorry let me look in to it. They knew they did not do it. It was even on the receipt. Just because I was a woman I wouldn't notice or say anything WRONG. I will never go back there.

He was super friendly, very helpful, and was great about explaining to me what was going on in my car and even printed out some paperwork to make things more clear! I really like AAA Care Care Plus in Polaris. They are very knowledgeable and act ethically, making recommendations that are in my best interest vs. trying to make a buck. I've been very pleased with their service and trust them to do the right thing.

AAA Car Care is the best! They are honest, which is not a easy thing to find in most car care places. I've taken my car there for 2 years always happy with the services performed. The customer service is awesome and if your a AAA member you get a discount. I highly recommend AAA Car Care and I'll never take my car anywhere else.

Andre was absolutely amazing! He made our experience so quick and easy- we had to drop my car off in the middle of the night due to some loud noises under the hood. He called at 8am the next morning to update us and kept us updated with everything throughout. AAA and Andre were able to get my car back to me the next day! I have never had speedier service. Everyone at AAA Polaris did an amazing job. They explained the issues prior to working on the car, were timely, and only charged me for what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised as the bill was lower than I expected and my car is back in order.

They did a great job with the oil change, and the transmission fluid drain and fill. They also notified me that the front brakes needed to be done immediately, and that the rear brakes could wait until Spring. Great job guys!
