Tom O’Reilly and his team of reps did a great job of finding the solution for my 2018 Subaru Forester. The battery kept discharging. They did everything they could but couldn’t solve the problem in their shop. So they got online and found documentation that some Subarus have an issue with a parasitic draw that causes the battery to die. It was a process, but they got me through it and the car is fixed and they were patient and pleasant and even gave me the handout that they had researched that explained in detail The cause of the problem.

This is the last time I will visit this location, as I tried one more time after poor customer service the last time. This past time, was a rude check in. I seriously don't understand why you can't be cordial, nice etc when someone walks in. The mechanic also didn't believe me when I said a light has been out until some other guy spotted it. I hate being told or alluded to that I am saying something I didn't see. As a single woman, going to a mechanic is hard enough and then you deal with a shitty mechanic who doesnt believe something is going on with your car and then says demeaning things to you like you are an idiot. They always show I need further work done with my car when I had extensive work done multiple times over the past years. The customer service is sorely lacking in this location for several visits now and I will not be back.

Gracie at the front desk was a big help! She didn't make me feel pressured to make decisions and answered my questions patiently. I hate walking away from the repair shop feeling like I was pressured to make big decisions too quickly and then being dissatisfied with the amount I spent. Good job, guys !!

Service advisor did a great good explaining the work I needed. He discussed options & prices with me. The cost and the time required were reasonable. I've used this location before & will definitely go back again.

If there was an option for additional stars, I would select them all. From the smooth scheduling of my car repair appointment, the conversations I've had with the AAA Team, to the remarkable level of service I've received, it's all been stellar in ways I didn't think existed in the car repair industry anymore. I had a large list of things that needed to be fixed, replaced, etc, and to ensure they had all the parts they'd need, they connected with me in advance, thoughtfully spoke with me regarding the list, and then quoted me a fair and accurate quote. They were patient while I asked all my questions, and they treated me with respect and level of friendliness and kindness that has made me a customer for life. It's the first time in too long that I've walked away from getting my car repaired and felt confident in the quality of work they completed. The peace of mind is worth way more than what I actually paid, and I'd recommend this location and team to everyone nearby or even passing through! (this is a review from someone who does NOT normally do reviews unless the experience is worth shouting from the rooftops - and if I wasn't afraid of heights, I'd probably offer to do free advertising for them by doing just that) :)

AAA Service Center Pisgah Church Rd—Grace, at the front desk, excellent customer service rep. She answered all my questions. Another place I called, rep was helpful but had to contact different departments & I’m still waiting on a callback from the service rep. I did not have an appointment with AAA but Grace said they’d work me in as soon as possible. Took my car over & left it there. Had no idea how long it would be. Grace called me hour & a half later….my car was ready. No surprise additional charges or fees. Very pleased with their service.

I highly recommend AAA on Pisgah Church Rd in Greensboro NC. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and have great rapport with their customers. I’m always presented with an evaluation of what action was taken the day of servicing & what will be needed in the future. I have complete trust in their competency & care of my vehicle. I’ve been a customer at this AAA for 3 years now & was a customer for 20 years prior while I lived in Raleigh. This particular location treat me like a friend & valued customer. Kudos to all!!

My car randomly started smoking and my battery was dead, they towed it in did a report and found out it was my alternator and a few other things. Once the report was done they had the car fixed and ready the next day. They communicated every chance they could and made sure I knew what was going on and what was best. I’ve never met people who cared so much and they are greatly appreciated for all their hard work!

Took my car in for an oil change and a simple cabin filter replacement on 5/16/2024. They did not vacuum the cabin filter prior to replacing. This dumped all the leaves into my air intake. Produced a loud humming noise when air was on. I took back immediately the sameday and was told the leaves got into the air intake. Easy mistake to make. After driving off my car, I still had the humming noise. I called the next morning and requested that the person not work on my car again. Durung the 2nd trip back I was told by the customer service that you can not vacuum the cabin filter prior to changing. In addition, they were not responsible. That it was all due to the length of time between cabin filter changes. Since it had been a couple of years since the last change. Pleas remember my vehicle was not making any noises prior to AAA replacing the cabin filter, and the noise had started immediately after being worked on by this location. I will never take any of my vechiles back to this location, OR any AAA car care center. Makes me doubt the quality of AAA membership. Piss poor workmanship and the front line customer service lying boldly to your face that they are not responsible and did not cause the problem when it's abundently ckear my car was not making any noise prior to AAA putting their hands on my vehicle!! I am truly disappointed in AAA. Obviously, they can not be trusted!. They will never get my business again!

I woke to a flat tire. I was referred by my tow truck driver LA. I was not disappointed. Its The day after a holiday and he was able to fit me in and put on 2 new tires. Above and beyond customer service from Phillip. What an amazing business. I will continue to have my car taken care of here

This garage charged my mom over $200 to repair her air conditioner on her car! She just drove home from the beach with it blowing hot air and it’s 95°!! When she reached out to them, they said they would be glad to charge her more money to diagnose the problem! Shouldn’t the diagnosis come first!!?? Despicable to prey on the elder community!!

I was really happy to go here for some car things. They let me know what I needed to be replaced, was kind and courteous. They’ve earned my vote, and when I’m able I plan on being a AAA member because from what I read and saw, they have really good plans. They care.
