This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car shop. Had plenty cars paid off plenty traded plenty to have enough experience to know these guys mishandled me and my service provided. Got the rear brakes and rotors replaced 07/30/24 they’re already bad 12,000 miles later November 2024. To begin with it took almost 6 hours to even get them replaced because they brought the wrong brakes twice. Warranty provided but when I brought it back they complained of not having time. Of course I was not going for it and made it clear to look at it today. You guys put faulty brakes on my car there is too much noise and clearly isn’t safe to drive. Following the complaint and my serious demeanor they took it in to diagnose. A hour later I’m informed the car rear capilers aren’t any good because it needed a brake fluid flush after the rear brakes were serviced and that’s the issue and it will cost $800 to fix today. Said the brakes and rotors were good. I take to an independent mechanic he showed me the rotors and brakes were metal to metal. Absolutely NOT acceptable. Been with aaa for years I’m presssing the issue. I want my warranty parts in my hand or it’s unfortunate I will have to sue. It makes it no better I’m a woman and that a woman of color. These guys intentionally messed over me. Not good for the AAA brand or the company.

I brought my car in today for a new thermostat, sensor, and an oil change, and it was a great experience. Arles took care of me, but the entire team at the front desk was very helpful. They provided detailed pictures of the issues and thoroughly explained what was going on. Most importantly, my car ran perfectly when I left. Thank you! I’ll be back—well, hopefully not too soon, but if my car doesn’t cooperate, I know where to go.

Brought my car in, they did an honest detailed inspection. The service was quick. They are very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had with ease. The customer service from Arles is what made the experience great and will be bringing me back. 5 stars.

Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and check. Very nice folks and service at this location, I plan to use their services again. Ismael, at the front office, assisted me and I found him to be personable, professional and patient when answering my questions.

Had a great experience with AAA. Sam helped me out very quickly and was able to get my tires done the next day. I thought this would take 3-4 hours but Sam texted me about 2 hours after I dropped my car! Will be back for any other car problems!
