Fantastic service. The Service Advisor Wil was very upfront with the work required and the costs. The turnaround time was very fast. I had a front-end suspension rebuild done along with rear tires and full wheel alignment. No problems so far, and the car drives like a charm. I most certainly will be back. Yes, I am a AAA member, but you don't have to have a membership to use this service shop. Highly recommended.

they are honest and upfront about pricing. they do a great job at servicing my older toyota. the part i needed was a little pricey but my mechanic said i needed to take it to a shop. this facility is close to my house.

I had previously used the AAA service center in Mesa near the DMV, they actually suggested this one due to scheduling difficulties. Much closer to me, and seemingly a lot less busy. Since it's owned by AAA, I have more confidence in the service received, and appreciate the ability to get in on short notice. Very satisfied with the service!

I used this AAA repair facility for the first time on Friday, 5/10/24. I was immediately greeted upon entering the waiting room. I was told that my A17 Honda maintenance would be completed in 90 minutes. I was updated at 60 minutes that my service was completed. The service team did not try to sell me additional services that were not needed. I will use this AAA repair facility as my primary repair center for all of my automobiles. Huge thanks to the AAA service team for a job well done!

Went in for check engine light. Problem was gas cap loose. Charged $160.00. This loose gas cap seems to be common. As a courtesy and respect to customers that bringing in vehicle, with no other problems, the front desk tech could have walked to car and checked this common issue. Then no charges would have occurred.

Went to another mechanic and was way over quoted. Called and spoke with Tom, he was able to get me in same day which was awesome especially on such short notice. Explained what was going on and left my car. Received a follow up with a quote of everything was much more reasonable. I called and spoke with Marc and he explained everything going on with my car and helped go over pricing with me. He did a great job explaining everything and was patient as well. I don’t leave reviews a lot but these are good people that saved me a lot of money, I definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Thank you AAA

Booked my car for an oil change. I got an appointment within 2 days. Their customer service is very good . My car was taken at my appointment time and returned promptly. The price was as quoted. Very happy experience.

I have been taking my vehicle to dealership for service for years. This time I decided to try AAA for my oil change. Glad I did!! Great service. They sent me an email with pictures of my dirty cabin and air filters instead of trying to upsale, they told me that's something I could do. I Googled how, bought my own filters for half the price. Will definitely return.

Winr take cash, they suggest getting a gift card but their purchasing software flags and locks the card. It takes 3-5 weeks to process the gift card refund. So AAA policy costs you money wasted on a gift card and they can't use it. F this company
