I would like to share my thoughts about my recent experience. I had a Jeep oatriot diangostics. I decided to not get my car fixed with this company and had my car picked up to have another company fix the issues.. the major problem I’m having and would to share is my car no longer have the parts that were broken they tripple A company discarded all my parts without my permission and now I’m unsure how I can mimic the replacement.. horrible experience

I've visited this located multiple times, and everytime it's a great experience. Everyone is friendly as well as being able to get in and out in a timely manner. All my question have been answered by those I've interacted with. I recommend AAA branches over the AZ MVD or other 3rd Party locations for getting anything I need done.

They were the most helpful and knowledgeable men at the Mesa repair shop. They went above and beyond helping me with my many vehicle repairs and kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend them for any car repair you may have. They are all awesome!

I look for a few things when getting my car serviced. Schedulilng, time taken, cost, explanation when necessary, general check of car and comfortable relationship with service people. All these boxes were checked and I was completely satisfied.

I was warned by the tow truck driver not to take my car to AAA service center because they were so slow. I went anyway and had a horrible experience. Replaced my tires but broke my shifter column and said they'd fix it. The employee I was working with was fired and no one knew what to do to fix it because the boss was on PTO. When he returned they finally fixed it. They could've had it done earlier but didn't even check it out. The whole process took over a week. I'll never go to another AAA service center again.

Being a member since 2018, I thought I was a valued member. This location has a new staff so nothing was the same. My routine oil change took an hour & 20 minutes. No discount was applied (other staff always applied discounts for me) When driving away, my car started squealing, turns out the technician applied the emergency brake . When checking the wiper blades, they left streaks running down the windshield . Did not provide an itemized list of maintenance, when asked about it, they were going to get it for me, however because the service took so long & I was running late, had them email it to me . This visit was not a good experience & left me feeling discouraged

Based on one visit: I got passport photos here without an appointment. The price is better than at other places if you are a member. I did have to wait a while, and it was not too bad.

I first had my experience with this shop when the drive axle on my van broke. I had AAA tow it there not knowing what to expect. After getting a detailed damage report and calling around for estimates at other places, they had the best price and fastest turnaround of any one. I was so pleased with their service and prices, I had my van suspension fixed there a month later. Jason and Scott are the bomb. Thanks guys.

Recently had a repair done at the MESA AAA...I dropped in the day before to discuss my problem with Jason ( super guy ) and arranged to bring the vehicle back early the next morning. They took care of my problem and I had my vehicle back on the road even quicker than I anticipated. Great service, great staff. Will definately be back....Thankyou Guys !!

I had an appointment for an oil change on a specific date 1/23 at 10:00. When I got there I was told it was 1/24 at 9:00 and I would need to come back. I had verified the appointment twice. No sympathy at all. Just you will need to come back. I did not and am cancelling my AAA.

I'm a AAA member. Went to a Certified AAA repair shop for a Oil Change. Told a battery replacement is needed $365. Went to AAA MESA OFFICE AND REPAIR. Yes a new battery is needed. REPLACED WITH 3 YEAR WARRANTY AND $265

They fully explained what had gone wrong with my car and what work needed to be done. They even told me why my car problem occured and how to prevent that issue in the future.

Told me my car was finished and ready for pickup, noticed the next day I was missing my splash shield and ac port caps, both of them. Wasn't even there for my ac so I have no idea what they were doing with them. Acted like it was no big deal when I went back for my parts. Makes you wonder what else they'd let you drive away without...
