I’ve been coming to this shop for a few years now and I’ve always had a good experience. The guys are friendly, informative, and the work is completed in a timely manner. Recently got my oil changed and David Mercado and Cameron Lewis were very helpful in answering questions I had.

Ongoing maintenance, scheduled and when needed, are always completed in a timely fashion. The technicians are reliable. The cost is fair. Recommendations are communicated clearly and effectively. AAA care care is trustworthy.

I will not be bringing my vehicle back here. When I had my vehicle last serviced here they REALLY badly stripped my drain plug. I originally went in for brakes to be done and they asked about oil change then. It was over a $600 bill for brakes and they "gave me a coupon for my oil change." It's so bad that my vehicle will risk being damaged having it fixed. I spoke with AAA manager on the phone, whoever did my oil change didn't code it or put it in their system. So they covered their tracks on screwing up my car. They refuse to work on it for free and it'd be $80. I told them the situation was wrong and I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. Do yourself a favor, don't come here!

My wife's suv battery died in the a shopping center across the street from this AAA service center. The vehicle isn't starting, battery is too weak to charge to start. Tow truck was going to take 2.5 hours to get there. I walked over, talked to Eddie, bought the replacement, and asked if they had a metric wrench I could borrow. Eddie offered to drive me back to the car and install the battery for me. I couldn't believe it! I'm so appreciative of his dedication to his career. Many thanks, Eddie!

Always a great experience. I work for a dealership and still take my car to them for service! David was my advisor this time, and he was so patient and kind in helping me. I'll definitely keep my membership and definitely continue going to them.

It was a Godsend to find this AAA Car Care Center! After spine surgery, and not using my car for weeks, the new AAA battery could not be jumped so the car was towed to this center. The technitians were so very friendly and gave me piece of mind on a new battery replacement under the AAA battery replacement guarantee. Thank you David!

My car has been well taken care of by the AAA on Glenwood for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain things whenever I ask. just a couple days ago (day before Thanksgiving) they were able to fit me in for a last-minute trip check a little less than an hour before closing. I believe the gentleman at the desk who helped me (had glasses I think) might have been newer to the shop but he is excellent with customer service. I felt he was doing all he could to ensure my car would be looked at. When I got the printout/receipt and found out there is no cost for a trip check, that was an extra bonus! (Eddie had also helped me in the past and he is fantastic.) There have been a couple times where I’ve gone for an oil change in the last couple years and they have forgotten to put the new sticker on my window but that’s a mi or detail and I always check now before I leave to ensure it’s there.

My trusty old F150 broke down while I was in Raleigh on business. Being a AAA member they seemed like a logical choice. Turns out it was a great choice. They got me back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Honestly, my truck hasn’t run this well since I’ve owned it. Highly recommend!

On November 21 I’ve had an excellent experience with David and Luis were patient and profession they explained everything clear and simple to me, this is my to go place. I came for an alignment but needed a battery glad I came for an alignment my battery was at 0 copacity. I am an AAA member which makes things more affordable. Also, I like how the instructions are texted to you about your car care needs

Thanks to David and team - I had an appointment for a state inspection at 4:30pm and was able to drop my car off at 3:30pm, came back and they were done with the inspection in less than 90 minutes. Very efficient and provided important information related to the life of my car👍 appreciate the clear communication and timely delivery of service.

Consistently friendly and reliable service. I continue coming to this location because they never try to oversell me on things that I don’t need asap. They do send me with a list of services that I should keep in mind for the future which I appreciate. Recently this team diagnosed and reversed a mistake that was made by another local mechanic and they made a stressful situation easy and quick to resolve. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Shout out to Dave who helped me this morning and had a great attitude for it being 7:30 AM on a Monday morning. Highly recommend this location for any car service needs!
