I made an appointment for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I always have a fantastic experience here at this particular store. Justin Tolbert and John Munns provide customer service second to none. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. These men role model what customer service used to be like in America's golden age. I always get five star service and can unequivocally recommend them. I had to be towed by AAA off I-44 at midnight with a blow out that also ripped off my fuel tank. They recommended their own AAA service company so I had it towed there. 4 days later I get my vehicle back with 4 new tires and a new fork pump/ neck. They couldn't find a new fuel pump so they put a used one on. It is basically zip tied in there & is barely hanging on. Since August 3 out of the 4 brand new tires they put on have gone completely flat & 2 have had to be replaced. When I went in to talk to them about the tires they blamed me saying this would have happened to any tires, it's not their fault. They have absolutely terrible customer service and do not stand behind their products. Don't even waste your time speaking to Chris the supervisor, he's useless. If you're female, I recommend taking your car to Hibdon in Edmond instead. They will speak to you about everything going on, help you to feel informed, not speak down to you & also will stand being their products.

I had an appointment for AC check on Friday July 14th. I arrived at 10:49 am. The car service receptionist has no customer service skills at all. I agreed on $178 charge for AC service (assuming, I will get some results).They took my info quick and got my car in quick. The manager who has no customer service skills too told me they will plug the AC to machine and evacuate the AC, check it and recharge it, etc. About 15 minutes later, they told me the car is ready. Diagnosis was "The AC was not cold because it was low on Freon". I drove a way down Broadway and no cold Air. Returned back to the desk and told him I got ripped off, charged $172 after 10% discount and no cold AC. Then they took the car in again and this time it took about 1 hour. The manager came out with better mood and told me I need new Condenser and it will cost me about $600. I refused and left. Let me tell you people, I went to YouTube and find out that my radiator cooling fan relay is not good and this caused the fan not to work when needed. I replaced the relay and the AC is blowing cold air again. Why don't they start with the simple things. I believe they are dishonest and they wanted to rip me and others off. Unprofessional, rude and dishonest. Don't go to this place (FYI: I am AAA member). I would like my money back on this service. If a zero or negative stars are possible, I would have given - 100. I didn't review it earlier because I was outside the country.

Went to another Edmond shop for years, needed to make a change. AAA tire and Auto is more affordable and rotates the tires complimentary each oil change! Def our new place for auto work in Edmond!

Decided to try AAA for oil change and tire rotation. Soo much better then car dealers. In and out in 30 minutes,,did as asked, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. No pressure to do extra wirk or add ons..will go again.

I took my vehicle there to have two tires put on. It took over a week to have the tires shipped to the store and installed on my vehicle. Then I was charged for an alignment that was never done which was $150 and when I asked about it Scotty lied to me and told me it was something about tire warranties. And there was a few other various charges that I didn't agree to on my bill. The bill was close to $800 for two tires. Argued with Scotty on the phone for almost an hour about the charges he finally said he would refund me almost $200. Come to find out he only refunded about $120. Will not return to this business.

I was a loyal customer for years - getting oil changes, tires replaced, etc. and I thought I was getting good service. Over time I have had multiple experiences where they are not upfront about their pricing or expectations. Maybe if you are the kind of person who grills them upfront you won’t have this problem. After this last experience, I am done and not returning. Don’t wait until my car is up in the air and I’m no longer in the store to hit me over the head.

Very professional and welcoming. They said they would call me in an hour after they did an inspection and they called me 2 minutes before that hour. Just the kind of service that I expect from any company. 👍👍👍

Excellent people, knowledge, and service!!!!! This was my first experience with AAA, and it could not have been better. First, Pamela was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the different AAA program. Then the Car/Battery Specialist that came out to help with the car (Sorry, I'm totally blanking on his name), he was the Absolute Best person for the job! He was very nice, professional, and obviously a senior-level specialist who was extremely knowledgeable. From looking at the battery, I never would've believed it was still good, but somehow after he worked his magic, it worked and looked great! Both Pamela and him made for the perfect first AAA experience. I'm 110% sold on AAA for life! Thank You!

I filled out an online schedule to get my wheels rotated & balance. Once processed I received an email stating someone from the location I selected would contact me within 24hours to confirm my appointment. It's now been 6 days and still no contact. I ended up just going elsewhere. SMH
