I got a good price on some used tires. Make sure you have them use a torque stick to tighten your lug nuts. They over tighten them using there air gun. I had to do some work on my front brakes. Busted the beauty caps of the lug nuts. Then had break the lug and stud to get my wheel off. Won't go back again.

Went to this tire shop 4 x np problem until one of the tires they sold me kept going flat same tire they sold me a few weeks ago then when I tried to have them try to change the tire they kept trying plug the tire which didn't work 2 x (because they new they broke a lug nut ).so I told them to change the tire thats when I found out they tighten my lugs nuts too much which one of them are broken . I went to 2 mechanic shops to get my car looked at (which they told me to do when they couldnt get the tire off )and both mechanic Said whoever chaged your tire tighten your lugs nuts too tight and one of then are broken so for their $75 tire it's costing me $3000 in repair to get it fix plus they tried to say i was never their which is a lie and i have proff i bought a tire from them which I purchased 3 for my car and 1 for my wife (make sure you get a receipt). Save your money and go somewhere else don't give these scammers your money . We will be taken them to court for damages.

Insanely high tire prices!!! Almost got scammed into paying 200+ for a rim and tire! Still, each tire is 75+ and it would be more worth your money to get a used one for 40 down the street on Cleveland Avenue. Beware! The man helping me was visibly upset and short with me once I backed out of giving him my money. Don’t make a mistake with this place!

Don't go here!! This shop plays games!! They originally told my daughter one price one day, and when she got there, they gave her an entirely different price. They also told her she had to get some work that she had already done prior to coming there redone, because they didn't want to do work behind what someone else had done elsewhere. Once, I called, confirmed everything, agreed to their terms, and asked for the quote in writing, they stated that she didn't come in one of the days she planned on coming. That is when I asked if they make a habit of charging people different amounts on different days because that was irrelevant, and he stated no. After that, he went ahead and offered to take off a few dollars off the price because supposedly the workers weren't communicating with each other properly. I told the person on the phone that I felt like they were treating my daughter differently because she is a young female and we both know a lot about cars and they seemed surprised. They also kept rudely walking away from my daughter while she was talking to them. They didn't know that one of our loved ones, who happens to be a male, usually patronizes this establishment and was never given this type of treatment. Once my daughter walked back in, suddenly they decided they didn't want to do the work anymore even though they said they would. They tried to say it was because they didn't want to work behind someone else's work, although this issue was already resolved and they agreed to do the work when I spoke to them on the phone. Needless to say, my daughter left out upset and now they will no longer be patronizes our loved ones because we refuse to give them any of our money.

I pulled into there shop running a punctured tire that was loosing air very fast. It was dark, raining, and wet. Did I mention that it was after hours! They had just closed up shop. I tapped on the their window, they came out to greet me. I explained the situation and no problem, they came right out into the elements, plugged my tire and I was good to go. I tried to offer them more than what they normally charged, but they would not except. Great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone! Got a new customer here. Thank you A&A Tires shop!!👍
