Your own people trying to get over on u and run off with money, having no solution to giving me the wrong tire is so unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve tired reaching out and like all these over reviews say all of a sudden she is unreachable and not responding back. I’m a young girl this is my first vehicle and my first time having car problems and even after explaining this to her like any money hungry being it didn’t matter and I still go thru this after spending my hard earned money just wasted !!!! I do not recommend this woman she gave me the wrong tire and agreed to switch it out and went ghost so now im stuck with a tire that doesn’t even go to my car I’m so upset. 0/10 experience!!

I checked the reviews before calling and seeing if my car would be able to be fixed. I had 10/10 service and she came out a little bit after she said she would. (Which I didn’t mind I wasn’t on a rush.) She came out in below weather and fixed not one of my tires but both of them. I am very grateful for this woman and her services, my tires took me two hours out of Milwaukee with no issues! I was able to do two separate payments on two different cards with no issues. No complaints and five stars from me, hope this business thrives

Showed up 3 hours later and put the wrong tire size on my car then 10 minutes later my ABS light is on and my traction control light is on and tire pressure light is on and my car has been wobbling. Tried to reach out to resolve the situation and been getting no response m. Don’t recommend especially after charging me $250

Called at about 7:30pm to schedule a mobile tire plug for the next morning. Was told that they operate 24/7 and I would receive service at 8:30am. No one showed up. No one answered the phone or any of my text messages I sent over a three hour period. Not attempting to use this service ever again.

Amanda is the absolute best. We called after catching a flat on a roadtrip. We had no spare in the trunk and were totally screwed. She quoted us a time within the hour and a reasonable price that she stuck to. If you're ever in a tough spot with a flat, could not make a better choice than to call her!

She driving with no insurance. She was in her phone driving and couse an accident and then run away she don’t even have insurance she don’t know I’m going to sue her yet. But now she knows. I’m going after you Amanda

My tire burst and I called them to replace my tire. They said they had the size I needed. Because of the wrong size, my other tire deteriorated and I had to buy another new tire. I don't recommend it!!!! It is better to call a tow truck and get to the normal service. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. They crossed out the tire number so that it wouldn't be visible.

I was stranded on the side of the rode for three hours after talking to someone from this company Mind You I'm A Single Mother And I Was By Myself . The lady who I spoke with insured me that someone would get back to within two hours. I called and messaged them no response no one got back to even this morning no one has gotten back to me. Customer service and communication is horrible I wouldn't recommend

A Firestone location refused to repair the tire on our Tesla, because he did not have the knowledge nor special tools, and he might dammage theBattery pack. My wife and I were “dead in the water.” Scouring the web on Sunday night, I saw a photo of a red Tesla on A1’s site, and left some messages but phoned again early morning. Amanda the amazing tire repair expert said, “ no problem. We’ll be out.” She arrived, laid out her tools, removed the wheel, repaired the puncture and was done and on her way in 20 minutes. A1 Mobile Tire Service was recommended to me by a friend. I needed to get a plug put in one of my tires because the leak in my tire was not slow, and I was filling up my tire at least twice a day. When I went in, I was greater by 2 very pleasant ladies. I told them my situation and said I could not afford a new tire at this time. A young man asked me a question about the leak. So I told him. He said, "We don't usually do plugs in tires now, but for you, we will do it." I was so excited. When I pulled into the garage, I was approached by Ken, who fixed my tire. He was very nice as well. Kudos to all who work there they are wonderful and I will go back for other visits as well.

Got stranded on the side of the highway last night- horrible flat from running over a nail or something- A1 mobile answered the phone pretty quick and gave me an accurate estimated time of arrival- bout an hour and a half not any less time than triple A would have been. They called to let me know when they were on route to me and then a nice woman named Amanda efficiently took my busted tire and made me a new one. Couldn't have been more than 10 minutes of work super fast! Left with a totally new tire, no need for a tow or stopping somewhere else.

Had a very difficult to remove tire that after an hour it was clear I wasn’t going to be able to get it off the car. I called A1 and they were able to get to me within an hour. Luckily I did because my spare was also flat and by the time it was all said and done my car needed to be jumped too! They took care of all of that for me and I was able to get home safely. I highly recommend this place!!

Hands down best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was a little iffy about using a mobile service for my new car but didn’t want to go through the hassle of putting on the spare to get to the shop. Best decision I made was calling A1 mobile tire service. Amanda was extremely friendly and professional. Even with the floor being icy and the freezing temperatures she managed to change my tire in no time. I saved her number for future use because she will definitely be my first call in case I go through this again. She also mentioned that she does lockouts and other car services on the go. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had an unexpected flat tire and had to drive out of town that day for business. A1 was extremely pleasant on the phone and arrived within an hour to change my tire. Their work was completed quickly and they had me back on my way. Very good price for the service and high quality work. I will definitely recommend to my friends and would use them again should I have another flat.

On a sunday when no one else was opened she quoted me $150 and came very quickly great customer service skills. I will definitely be calling again when i blow another tire out.

We called a1 mobile tire service on a Tuesday night. The conditions were very cold and windy……..-6 degrees with wind!! A1 mobile informed us it was be a little bit of a wait, but we will get to you. We have our location tire size and sure enough A1 came out on time replaced the tire at a great price…….Thanx A1, you are A1 to us!

went to the a1 tire on capitol, didn’t know but it was after their storefront hours and people were still able to help me out with a new tire. I was running on a leaking spare and nobody else was open but they helped me even though they weren’t open, and they were extremely kind about it. couldn’t recommend more honestly.
