Abel came out as quick as he could. Was actually early compared to his quoted time. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. After a few tests got me going in about 30 mins time. Explained everything in detail as he was doing it. Very good service, highly recommend

Phenomenal service. Was in a pinch when I needed new brakes and Abel came right out, assessed what needed to be done, and got right to work to fix my car. Great service and affordable prices too. Will definitely call A1 for any future services that we need.

He was friendly and quick getting there diagnosing the problem on point fixed my car no problem explain everything he was doing and what was going on he even fill my fuilds that were missing in my car without me asking. I had a great experience he will be the first person i call if something else ever happens thank you also it was my alternator he fixed

Highly recommend! The starter on my car went out and I called them on a Sunday morning about 11am. They made an appointment with me for 1pm and gave me a price over the phone. They showed up on time and replaced the starter in less than an hour for the price quoted. Very friendly and informative. Did the work in the parking lot of my apartment building. I will use them for all my auto repair!

I called Abel in desperate need to help my mom out and get her car running. Abel showed up over an hour late than the time we had agreed on and over 4 hours from when i had originally called him He then Jump-started the car, and it did start, He "checked to see if it was charging" and said I would be good to go in about 20 minutes. I paid him $95 for a jumpstart, $80 for service call, $10 for Jumpstart and $5 for using debit, I knew I was being ripped off but I didn't care because the car was running. So I paid and he went on his way about 10 mins later. I followed his instructions. Only to run off the car after the suggested time, (10 minutes after he left) turn it back on to find out the car would not start again. I called Abel and he gave me an excuse that he wouldn't be able to return until he finished all of his appointments, and it would be ANOTHER COUPLE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.... WHAT ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT YOU DIDN'T EVEN FINISH???!! HOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMER YOU JUST RIPPED OFF AND LEFT. Turns out he never even actually checked to see if the battery was charging because IT WASNT. He wasted HOURS of my time, and essentially wasted $95 for nothing. His positive reviews have to be fake, He provided the worst customer service and did not resolve my issue nor did he care that he just took my money and ran. DO NOT use unless you feel like wasting an afternoon, and spending money for nothing.

If you need diagnostic work, then this is not for you but, if you need something not too complicated, I would definitely give them a call. I had trouble connecting a new battery to the mess of wires that attach to the battery connection terminal and I needed to work that night! Abel showed up and within 30 minutes he had the battery connected and I was on my way. It cost me $100 but, the alternative was not having wheels over the weekend, Uber'ing to work and then having to tow my car to a mechanic on Monday so, this was $100 well spent.
