A-1 continues to impress me with the quality of their work. Every time I have taken my vehicle in for repairs, the vehicle always comes out looking like nothing even happened. I took my vehicle in recently for work due to an accident and 3 weeks later my vehicle looked like new again. Its amazing! In addition, the staff is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was updated every step of the way and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. There was even an issue with my insurance company that A-1 was able to take care of - I am extremely grateful for that. This is the only repair shop I will take my vehicles to. A sincere thank you to all the staff at A-1 for everything you do! You are greatly appreciated!

Great Service and attention to detail. A1 went as far as correcting a factory misalignment that was not part of repair. Highly recommend A1 Collision! Researched and contacted several repair shops prior to trusting A1 with 2025 GMC. This is IMO the best place to take your vehicle.

This place is bad if your planing to have your car fixed here don't. go somewhere else I've had my truck fixed here, and there's always something wrong I'll give examples first time decals on my truck they where ordered but they didn't use them they put the old ones with hot glue now they've started peeling. 2nd time, paint the bottom texture doesn't match the other side of the truck looks like it was done by a novice, also they changed the ligh the turn signal light bulb didnt work the brake light didn't work it looked like they put a old bulb holder instead of the one it had welp there goes 30 of my dollars to get another one.3rd time truck was driven alot I had a full tank of gas when I took it, when they gave it back it had less then half of tank, also the novice painter that polished the truck left alot of compound on the truck. Never again will I have my truck worked on here

A-1 collision services did an amazing job on my vehicle. It came out looking like new. They have excellent customer service and provided updates throughout the time they were working on my vehicle. I highly recommend.

The girls in front were very friendly and professional. Their forecast of our vehicle ‘s readiness was right on the money. Work by the technicians was excellent. I will recommend A1 in the future.

The service from A-1 Collision Super Center was phenomenal. The repairs were completed in a timely manner & they kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs throughout. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal. Overall, highly recommend them for all your Collision repairs.

I like the work provided by A - 1 Collision Center. I wish the price and time was as good as there work but you can’t win them all. In the long run, it is worth the time and money.

Went in for a paint job and it’s great, but parts of my car were not placed back appropriately. Inside and out. Car stank like wet seats probably because rain went inside if they left my windows down. Some part that goes on the windshield wipers is missing and the other part was half way flying on the road. Be careful and inspect EVERYTHING

I was kind of disappointed. I went to get my vehicle for the “free”inspection and was told they don’t do that and I had to get in some sort of list. They guy just took my name and number and told me someone would call me but they seemed kinda surprised I was willing to pay out of pocket very disappointed. I rarely do these type of reviews but I honestly felt like they didn’t give any options and then I asked the amount it would be out of pocket and the guy and girl at the front desk just said “oh the person who does that is not here today they will call you back” I just felt the way they advertised their services on facebook the would be welcoming Ang eager to offer their businesses services to the customers. If they call like they said they would, I would probably hear them out but honestly I was left with a poor customer experience.

I took my daughter's car in for some body work repair and they took care of me. The front office staff is very friendly and well informed. All my questions were answered on the spot. I was kept up to date during the repair process and everything came out great.
