I’m not sure why I haven’t left a review before now but this has been my go to auto shop! These guys are honest and will work with you. I’ve had repairs done in the last 3 years and they are on it! I’m Not waiting long at all. So happy I found them!

I went to A1 Auto Service twice, today is for a simple oil change for my wife's car and my truck. Karim is very respectful, nice, and is most definitely cost efficient. My exhaust system is completely silent now and it wasnt as expensive as the leading mechanic shops. Come to A1 Auto Service on Joy Rd. It's worth a try guaranteed!

I’ve been buying auto parts for my personal vehicles from A1 for years. Fast shipping, great pricing. Ive only had one issue with a purchase over the years & their customer service team followed up with me IMMEDIATELY, researched and then resolved my issue. Kareem the owner was a pleasure to do business with, upfront competitive pricing on parts and labor and also was able to fit me in for the service at short notice ! Great auto service place. Also got skilled mechanics , they were able to perform my brake job within 2 hours and done right the first time around.

Professional team led by mister Kareem. Always attentive and making sure his customers leave with absolutely zero problems. Never have I brought my car or my parents’s car and it wasn’t done with quality and care.
