If I could get this shop, no stars I would. My overall experience with this shop was horrible. I pretty much got scammed and ripped off. I paid them in advance and they didn’t do any work to my car. They cussed me out when I asked for a refund. They are very unprofessional and deliver poor quality work. You definitely should look for another Auto Repair shop, don’t waste your time. The guy who owns it is rude disrespectful and a liar. I wasted my time and money and my car looks exactly the same.

My Truck has been at this location since March 7th today is April 3rd and I'm currently outside of the establishment being denied access to my vehicle. None of the paid for repairs have been completed and he keeps giving the most excuses about the "Mexican" as he refers to him as not being reliable. One excuse was the "Mexican" daughter was sick, then the "Mexican" was sick, now today the "Mexican" is in Florida. Just excuse after excuse but he has my money. An the referral to the "Mexican" is his terms not mine. Jermaine has not lived up to his expectations and at this point doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave him.

TRUST THE RATING AND REVIEWS!!! I had an estimate for a wreck vehicle and was quoted a price based on car being restored back to original state. I was contacted to bring the car in on a Wednesday and was told it would take 3 to 4 days and got my car back 7 Days later and not in the original state. I was told that there was a "misunderstanding" when we talked about the estimate Jermaine Bigelow, owner, told to come back to get another part put back on. I have called, texted and visited the office all with no response back. It's very unprofessional and makes it hard to support people when their word is motivated only by money and not integrity.

Do not take your car here, the exterior work was great but he messed up other parts by putting a used/bent radiator in my car that cracked in less then a week. He told me it was because of my water pump radiator etc , I went to my personal mechanic who told me my water pump is fine just the radiator causes problems which is what I paid for … so he was going to keep letting me pay him to mess more stuff up . took my money and wrote up a fake price receipt AFTER I already had the original receipt. I wish I would have read these reviews before I came ! this man will tell you he can fix it and he can’t and gets aggressive when you don’t want him to keep working on it also he disconnected the business phone so I can not get in contact with him to pick up my car when I pull up he is sitting w both phones in his hands ! Worst customer service EVER and they will definitely take your money !!! definitely some crackheads I’ve looked into doing a small claim and gpd says they’ve made multiple claims w this company .

FIRST THING FIRST. ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IN A AUTOMOTIVE ACCIDENT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS GUY WILL TELL YOU HE CAN FIX WRECKED CARS AND CAN/WILL NOT. HE HAD FULL PAYMENT BY THE TIME I DROPPED MY CAR OFF. TWO MONTHS LATER THE CAR STILL IS NOT COMPLETE. I HAD TO CALL GREENSBORO PD TO GET MY CAR BACK OUT OF HIS POSSESION. CAR WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF TWO MONTHS AGO. IF YOU CALL GPD THEY HAVE A VERY LONG TRACK RECORD OF DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS CALLING ABOUT THEIR CARS. I'VE ATTACHED A PICTURE SHOWING EXACTLY HOW I PICKED MY CAR UP. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Pretty good repair and paint shop, the prices are reasonable and workmanship is good. I have returned on more than one occasion and its always exceptional or they will fix it. Good group of guys. Would recommend to a friend

Body work is trash!!!! Please do not take your cars here!!! Yes it’s cheaper than most places but the owner is a horrible person. It takes weeks for simple fix and colors don’t match. I also think he does drugs.
