Wayyy overpriced lady on phone said it was $30 to mount a tire and $30 the balance . I instead whent to tire shop by westheimer and got all that done plus they kept the junk tire for $23

I ran over something on I-10 on Wednesday night and was towed here. NO complaints with the service, they took great care of me, HOWEVER, I did not get an itemized receipt which I need to get reimbersed by my insurance company. I have called 10+ times since 12pm yesterday to try to get a receipt written and sent to ne via screenshot because I cant drive my car that far until it is repaired. The ladies who answer the phone keep telling me I am going to get it. . But WHEN? The claims adjuster waited all day yesterday for me to send it. I have the cash app receipt, but he needs an itemized invoice written. PLEASE RESPOND. Ty
