I was 1/2 Mile from the A&W automotive and had a blow out, and lucky for me this was the service station I found myself in. Michelle and Robert aided a desperate stranger in need, at the end of long day, and asked for almost nothing return. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. God Bless you both.

Been going here for 35 years. I always recommend A&W to anyone who wants to take their car to an honest, trustworthy, and professional shop. There is no other place I would want to take my car. If your car doesn't need to be fixed Robert will tell you.

My wife and I have been having our cars serviced with A&W for over two decades. Gotta be honest, I saw the one star "Honest Review" and I couldn't disagree more. Yeah, the waiting area isn't a full service coffee shop with popcorn and smoothies to make your wait pleasant like the Ford Dealership. I've made the mistake of using the fancy dealerships, and that is where you really get worked over. Rob and Michelle are the most kind, honest and reasonable people. I've had my F-150 engine rebuilt and been charged a fraction of what Rob put into it. I've had them tell me what I don't need. When we got our son's Special Needs E-250 Ford van with an under-vehicle wheelchair lift, Rob was about the only guy willing to take the time to work around it. When I call them, it's like family. "Hi Jeff! When do you want to come in? How's the family?" Rob's never around in the morning but works until 10pm. My bills are hand-written by Michelle. They ask me what kind of tires I'd like this time around and do all the research to find just the right fit. I always just leave my car there, I don't have time to wait, honestly. And I love the whole experience. So if you are looking for a spa treatment while you get your car fixed, have fun at the dealership. If you want to go to sleep at night knowing you've got the coolest folks ever taking care of your car, go to A&W. Thank you, Rob and Michelle! You're the best!

Their prices are reasonable, they seem to be honest...sometimes telling you that work does not need to be done...and they know their stuff. And if they get it wrong they will make good. I also like the unusual hours...Michelle opens at 9 and can schedule work and provide good information, and the mechanical work starts a little later but often goes on until 9 or 10 at night. This makes it very convenient to pick up or drop off your vehicle and to talk to the mechanic.

My first experience at A&W Automotive was awesome. My car broke down on the way to A&W, and Rob stopped by and gave me some advice on the tow that saved my car from serious damage from the tow truck. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. Rob & Michelle are the nicest people, and we will definitely use them again. Shop local and support your neighbors!

They took my car for 3 days and charged over $800 to "fix" it. The car didn't even make it 30 miles before the problem returned...with a few extra problems as well. The shop is also EXTREMELY messy and unprofessional looking...I should have paid attention to the red flags that was throwing up. A&W is just as shady as it looks. DO NOT GO THERE! I made this account just so I could write this review. That's how horrible this place is. Don't waste your $$$ here.

This is a true mom and pop shop, Rob and Michaela are honest people that are trying to provide honest service. They don’t pressure you and they don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need, they are the complete opposite of the “dealership” mentality.
